I reported this to the manager because I was on the verge of screwing him up! But the manager explained to me that it was very difficult with this ill-mannered person because she reported this several times to the director but it didn't change. Conclusion: I've been going to the flunch for 10 years but then the boss lost a lot of customers. We are a team of 10 people we work side by side but when I say never again believe me.
