14/02/2026: Yesterday, my colleague and I came to eat knowing we only had an hour break before returning to work. We placed our order at 12:45, waited, and saw people who had ordered after us being served before us and leaving while we hadn't received anything. At 13:10, I went to see the manager who told me it would arrive in 5 minutes. I told him I hoped so because at 30 we have to be at work. He replied in a way that made it seem like he didn't care and almost didn't care about me. My colleague was served 5 minutes later, but I still wasn't. They gave me my order at 20 minutes, and on top of that, there was no ice in my drink and the fries were cold. I went back to get my fries hot, and the person I spoke to started sighing while taking the box from me and practically threw the new ones in my hands 😡. I've worked at McDonald's before, and I can tell you it would never have happened like that. If the orders had been in the orange zone, we would have been reprimanded. At this McDonald's, it's so easy... Honestly, I don't recommend this McDonald's. We've had problems there before, but this was the worst. More than a 30-minute wait to eat in a place that's supposed to be fast... Avoid it

In the restaurant, a special thank you to our waiter, Hippolyte, for his professionalism and great kindness! The room was very clean, a good size, and beautiful. As for the spa, we were lucky enough to have access to the relaxation area: jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna, just the two of us. The weather was gorgeous, and we enjoyed a delicious cup of tea—it was a perfect moment. Then we had massages by Constance, who was very professional; it was incredibly relaxing!
