27/07/2026: Magnificent gardens! Since its opening, it's been the best restaurant in Agay. And while prices are rising everywhere, Villa Matuzia has kept its prices more than reasonable!

26/07/2026: We discovered a really great place with truly homemade food! And excellent value for money, lovely terrace, just one small drawback: the road below, but that doesn't detract from the quality of the meal and the very friendly welcome.

When I asked them if it was a whole duck breast for €31, they assured me it was, probably a duckling… Here's the photo when the plate was served… It was indeed half a duck breast… every four plates, you win a duck breast… You can tell these southern French shopkeepers are so clever…

17/07/2026: A cloudless downpour stopped us in front of this superb restaurant: a lovely menu, especially for lovers of tartare, salmon, tuna, beef, or a combination of the two! Unlikely but delicious! We went back the next day. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service. 👍

02/08/2026: Excellent place from start to finish! Everything is homemade with quality ingredients. Incredible ribeye steaks, cooked to perfection, excellent homemade fries, and even the salads were very good. A big plus for our daughter with celiac disease, who was able to enjoy a gluten-free meal without any problems. And for our 4-year-old, even the children's menu was well-prepared, with real homemade mashed potatoes. Impeccable and lovely service with children, including coloring pages and stickers. We highly recommend it!

01/08/2026: I had tried several times to book a dinner reservation. Unfortunately, it was either already booked or closed on a day; I never had the chance. It finally happened! We received a very warm welcome, the service was perfect, the food was impeccable and delicious, and it's worth noting: The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food and the care taken with the presentation. Highly recommended!!!

06/08/2026: Excellent home cooking 👌 Hearty and generous portions; we come here every year when we go on vacation! I came on the recommendation of a hairdresser in Saint-Raphaël, and there's nothing better than advice from the locals.

31/07/2026: Very generous portion. Generous portions and dishes. The giant aioli is truly giant. A good place to eat. Dog friendly.

21/07/2026: Everything was perfect except for the air conditioning. It was 27-28 degrees Celsius, which was a shame because the menu was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the wines were superb. A wonderful experience filled with delicious food, spaciousness, and tranquility.

19/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in an elegant and welcoming setting. We particularly appreciated the friendly atmosphere, the attentive and meticulous service, and the refined, regional, and absolutely delicious cuisine. Each dish is prepared with great finesse and perfectly showcases the ingredients. We had lunch inside, but if the temperature had been a little warmer, we would have gladly enjoyed the lovely shaded terrace. The setting is truly delightful and invites you to linger. The menu changes every month, which gives us an excellent reason to return regularly. It will now be our monthly ritual! I highly recommend this restaurant to all residents of Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus, and of course, to anyone passing through the region!

26/04/2026: We stayed at the hotel for one night and enjoyed an excellent dinner with quality products and an equally good and generous breakfast.

26/04/2026: The value for money is really good, but a few details could be improved… The air conditioning in the room wasn't working… No bottled water was provided. Furthermore, we had asked to reserve a table for two at the hotel restaurant for Saturday evening, and the receptionist told us it was fully booked… When I got to the room, I was able to book a table on the Fork app… and upon arrival at the restaurant, there were at least five unreserved tables… We didn't quite understand why they had assured us it was impossible to get a table… Otherwise, the breakfast is amazing in its variety, and the staff are responsive and very pleasant. The spa is very nice, but the jacuzzi is surprisingly cold.

21/04/2026: A great restaurant, the service is super fast! The food is home-style, simple, and delicious. The pastel de nata are homemade, with a touch of cinnamon added. €17.50 is very reasonable.
