22/05/2026: As a regular, the only drawbacks are the tables' exposure to the wind when it blows from the east, the evening chill in spring, and the slightly rustic sand of Agay beach. The organization is meticulous, blankets are offered to those who get chilly, the servers are friendly, the food is consistently good, the menu is varied, the desserts are generous, the prices are reasonable, and a real, ongoing effort is made to make this a place you'll want to return to. The owner has an eye for everything. It's also a beautiful spot for an aperitif and to watch the fireworks over the bay. Highly recommended.

The service was impeccably professional and their experience undeniable. We had a wonderful time with friends. Every dish prepared by the cook, Émilie, was fresh, delicious, homemade, and beautifully presented, worthy of a fine restaurant. The hand-cut Charolais beef tartare and carpaccio were perfect, and the chicken wok with crunchy vegetables transported me to Asia. The value for money is unbeatable, especially in this region, and a far cry from the overpriced, industrially reheated meals you find there. Thanks to all of this and the warm welcome from the owner, Virginie, you're guaranteed to leave with a big smile. 27/04/2026: The hotel is ideally located just steps from the city center, with a breathtaking view of the port of Saint-Raphaël. The rooms are simply magnificent, decorated with elegance and refinement. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can dine on-site and end the evening at the bar located just above, in a warm and lively atmosphere with music. Ideal for a wonderful time, whether during the day or in the evening. A truly wonderful experience that I will definitely repeat.

19/04/2026: Two stays in March and April at the Touring Saint Raphael. A very warm welcome, a great location on the port, and a lovely room (Kathleen) with a very pleasant and well-equipped port/sea view (bath products, hairdryer, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge, safe). The room and hotel decor were very nice, and the bedding was very comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment!

15/05/2026: Excellent little ice cream shop in St-Rafael: there's a wide selection of flavors, all equally delicious. The price is admittedly a bit high compared to others, but it's justified by the generous size of their scoops. Thanks also to the warm welcome from the staff! ✨️ I highly recommend it! 😎👌🏽

28/04/2026: Rather disappointed for a 4-star hotel ✨. My mother, who used to come here regularly, noticed a real change. Upon arrival, there was no restaurant, even though after a long journey we just wanted to shower, relax, and have a quiet meal at the hotel. We had to go out again to get food. No Wi-Fi, no pool table... When we arrived in the room, there was only a sliver of toilet paper and three tissues. As for the service, there was very little empathy from the reception staff. At breakfast, there weren't enough plates; all the guests complained, and we had to use bowls because no one came to help. It's a shame they reheated the crepes, which were more like potato chips, and the pancakes, which were hard around the edges. This needs improvement for a 4-star hotel.
