04/09/2024: Et quand tu donne ton avis en partant, à l'accueil, le patron te dit: retourner chez vous, monsieur " bravo le tourisme ! Endroit à éviter pour l'accueil et l'organisation. Dommage, la cuisine n'est pas mauvaise.

02/09/2024: Warm welcome. Quality local products. Hearty. The boss comes to see the customers and talks with them. Very friendly restaurant. Reasonable price. To be done again with great pleasure. We advise.

11/01/2026: Takeout ordered this Saturday, January 10th, 2020, found by chance in downtown Apt. The restaurant was very dark with a strong smell of frying oil that permeated the entire place, like an aquarium with ultra-dark, green water... nothing made me want to eat in, unfortunately... I decided to get takeout anyway. A very friendly and smiling gentleman greeted me, I placed my order, and after a short 20-minute wait, I received my appetizers and main courses... what can I say? Well, I was a little surprised. *The shrimp spring rolls and fried shrimp ravioli were very, very good (well-filled with shrimp, and the homemade sauces were delicious). Personally, I can say that the appetizers were in no way mass-produced, contrary to what I've seen in some reviews. *Cantonese rice (finally, real Cantonese rice, well-garnished with egg, peas, Chinese sausage, etc.) I loved it. ****One small complaint about the chicken chop suey: considering the price, it deserved a bit more vegetable garnish (two pieces of carrot, a slice of zucchini, and a piece of black mushroom drowned in a sauce with very little flavor, but mostly onions and very rubbery chicken). It didn't resemble a traditional wok-cooked chop suey at all, which is a shame. Price-wise, well, it's about the same as everywhere else, maybe €1 to €1.50 more. In short, it's still expensive considering the portion sizes. Takeout (yes for the appetizers and Cantonese rice) Eat in (no, for me)

16/10/2025: We didn't even have the energy to start the meal. The water tasted like hand sanitizer, and the shrimp chips were brown and soggy. We left, canceling our order.

23/09/2024: Arrival in the restaurant, cobwebs, midges full of the ceiling above the sushi preparations. Order error when retrieved. Inside nothing apart from a counter, hygiene remains to be desired. Hair found in several sushi places, not surprising when the staff does not wear charlottes.

11/09/2024: A first time which really surprised me the welcome was very warm, The products were super fresh!!! I was able to see the creation of sushi which delighted me 🤩 I highly recommend this restaurant and I will return with my eyes closed for a little Japanese

11/08/2024: A very warm welcome in this stifling heat 🥵 The rosé was fresh and welcome to accompany the roasted camembert😋 I recommend this little place that we found randomly during our walk☀️

09/04/2024: L’accueil fait par Soso et Momo était très chaleureux, je nous vous parle du plat… Une pizza grande, que dis-Je immense ! Et en plus de ça elle était vraiment excellente ! Se restaurant appeler “Le flamand Rose” est une adresse que je conseille si vous souhaitez manger à Apt !

08/08/2024: Good pizzeria. Cooking over a traditional wood fire. The dough is thin and delicious. We were even offered a bottle of wine.

28/12/2023: Quality restaurant! Quality welcome too! From the starter to the main course and dessert, really very good, the dishes are explained, you can feel the passion for the profession!! It's worth the detour !

07/11/2023: Very bad trip! Dilapidated room with broken shutters which did not close and slammed in the wind, no cleaning, no passage, a stay with only one very biodegradable paper cup, no one at the reception, and the pompom was to find yourself at the street one night (a bug in the door opening code)!

16/08/2024: Really tasty pizzas and very kind, friendly and swift service. We had the Andalusian with merguez and chorizo and the Corsican - with a type of Corsican smoked sausage, goat‘s cheese and olives. Both were great. Thank you! You saved our night after we came across lots of full, closed or overpriced restaurants in the vicinity.

06/08/2024: On vacation in Apt, had 2 very good pizzas. I recommend 😉

03/08/2024: Helpful Tarpin, he came to the lake in a clio and served me with a smile, he only charged me €1 for delivery, well-dosed honey goat's cheese pizza, honestly the hit recommends!

11/08/2024: I had googled Trip Advisor and found another restaurant however on getting there found it was not open. So stumbled across Cafe Les Valseuses and what an amazing find - My allergies were totally looked after (coeliac and anaphalactic to seafood) and the amazing salad was delightful. My husband was very happy with his meal . we had arrived close to closing time but the waitress was so accommodating for us suggesting a refreshing lemon drink on such a hot day. Thank you :)

06/08/2024: We had a delicious lunch here. Every day there are two different dishes and both of them today were outstanding! The flevours and variety of them really made it a tasty experience! Props to the chef!
