22/11/2024: Very good address in the city center. One of the few with this situation. A pleasant setting and even more so in summer under the plane trees. A magnificent view of the sumptuous town hall of BOLLÈNE. A king of pizza.

06/09/2024: Restaurant in need of a major refresh. Damaged benches, wall coverings to be redone. Dessert a bit light for the price. The rest of the meal was okay. Ideal location of the establishment, as it is close to the A7 motorway

06/09/2024: Greeted by a real prison door. We sat down, having no more battery, I asked the waitress to charge my phone, she told me that all the outlets were broken, and that she was under no circumstances going to unplug something to do so. charge the phone. Not to mention the smell of grease and the pitiful state of cleanliness of the Restaurant room, the air conditioning must also have been broken given the heat in the restaurant. Between the welcome and the answers from the waitress, we decided to leave. When leaving, the waitress took the liberty of saying to another of her colleagues “I believe it, not even now customers ask us to charge their phones.” We don't expect great quality when coming to Red Pepper, but here, the attitude of the waitress exceeds anything we could have imagined.

10/12/2024: 🚨🚨 Cockroaches🚨🚨 Yesterday, I went to your bakery because the pizzas there are excellent.. there I am waiting for my turn and I see something that catches my eye in terms of the pizza and also the edges of the refrigerated bank... Cockroaches.... I wait a bit, I look... And there I see one of the critters leaving under the slice of pizza (which was impatiently waiting for me)..and the other continuing its journey between the two counters... An employee was nearby cleaning the hot spot... I discreetly informed her... And there, instead of quickly discreetly taking out the pizza tray and solving the problem, she told me ok I would talk to my managers about it... Um... Well we have to actually act!!! They are disgusting and dirty pests...I warn you...make sure to remove this from customers' sight.. I therefore left without buying anything...disgusted to see this creature lodged on and under the slice of pizza.... It's been years since I came here because of hygiene...notably that of one of the bakers who had, in full view of everyone, sneezed multiple times while shaping the baguettes ready to put in the oven without even trying to turn around or protect the front of your mouth and wipe your nose with the back of your hand before handling food. Of course we don't know what's happening elsewhere...but there...it was before my eyes!!!! In short, good products, prices too...but the basis of hygiene and solving the problem of pests would really be a plus. Thank you in advance.

15/11/2024: Too bad, the boss, adorable and funny, is no longer there, the welcome is really very different and unpleasant. A barely audible hello, it is true that staying slumped in a seat checking your cell phone is much more important than saying hello and showing a positive image. Also believe that he is paid on turnover and that we are entitled to boxes (to help out) according to the amount of the final ticket, what's more, he shouts at us (cool for a trader). In short, very big disappointment. I understand that we have to develop but if it's to the detriment of loyal customers, it's not great. I left a positive review I don't remember where, but there are limits that should not be exceeded. I don't even know if I'll go back, which is a shame because the products really meet my expectations, but there are always other solutions.

31/07/2024: On y retournera plus.... Les bacs déjà pas profond sont vides, alors que 20 mn après le début su service, tout quasi froid, quand ils remplissent c'est au compte goutte, donc ça ne reste pas chaud longtemps... Pas de rincé doigts alors qu'ils y a des crevettes 5/6 qui se battent en duel ! Glace qui font dans le congélateur et j'en passe... Dernière fois !!!
