He spoke to her very badly, in a humiliating tone, and this in front of the customers. This is extremely inappropriate and disturbing, especially in a setting that is supposed to be friendly. Respect for the staff is essential, and this kind of behavior completely ruins the experience, even with a good dish. It's a shame, because the place has potential.
