23/09/2024: Restaurant de centre ville très accueillant une carte simple qui propose que des produits frais les moules frites succulentes et en quantité frites maison.
Le burger au poulet cuit à basse température est succulent très peu de dessert il faut les commander à la prise de commande
Ce restaurant devient pour moi une référence aux Herbiers

19/09/2024: Excellent, special mention for the tiger's tears, tender meat.
A nice atmosphere with the saqué offered at the end of the meal.

The only downside was that the fries were not to our taste and we found the pancakes particularly greasy.

It's very well prepared (we clearly feel that the chef loves his job),
It's very well cooked (the fish was perfect, the meat too)
It's very affordable.
Frankly, we were pleasantly surprised, for a bistro atmosphere, the cuisine is sought after.
After expressing it to the cook, we confirm here the quality of this establishment.
Well done, keep going
Many people at Herbiers should take example....

We had dinner as a couple and we were disappointed with the meal. The dishes were beautiful, well presented but lacked taste.
I no longer have the final price in mind, but given the "standard" announced (knowing that it is a 3* hotel, we assumed that the restaurant was at a certain quality level).
The starter/main course not having met our expectations, we shortened our meal by abandoning the desire to have a dessert.
04/06/2024: First of all, thank you for the welcome.
Come and have lunch on the terrace with a view of the Vendée countryside and the hotel swimming pool.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly.
As for the meal, very refined and plentiful.
We had a great time on Mont des Alouettes, a few steps from Puy du Fou.
I highly recommend.

22/09/2024: Worst experience of my life! From start to finish a disaster!
Saturday evening ok, I understand that there are people there but there are limits. 20 minutes to be seated, 45 minutes to finally come by to take our order and a good half hour to serve us 2 salads!
Oh yes, I didn't mention that no more potatoes for a restaurant "la pataterie" is still pretty stupid. Without forgetting that when paying we see plates passing by with potatoes... Weird... Yes, sorry, they explain to us that there are several varieties of potatoes but that the one we ordered was in breakup. Excuse me for my ignorance on this subject, I am a cook I thought there was only one kind of potato.
Another point regarding the cocktail. (If we can call it a cocktail given the quality and quantity of this one) it is clearly a lack of respect.
The waitresses walk around, laughing with the customers while the room is full and people are waiting. (40 minutes to bring us a carafe of water because I was finally able to intercept the waitress)
I'll just finish by taking my hat off to waiter Hugo, who is running around trying to do his best. Only it is complicated to be able to manage a room.
ATMOSPHERE: I could have given a 5 star for the show which I found to be worthy of a nightmare in the kitchen
