06/09/2024: I have been a customer of yours for 8 years, I have always been won over by the cuisine and the service, however since the change of ownership I unfortunately deplore a drop in quality at all levels except the quality of the food. During my last visit in July I informed you of the fact that your phone was not working, at the beginning of September the problem remains... therefore impossible to order remotely to come and collect on site. Your Facebook page displays opening/closing times which are not the same as on your telephone message. It is notably written that you close at 2:30 p.m., but it is impossible to order a kebab after 1:50 p.m., you have to make do with what is already ready… Two days later I came back to try to order in advance this time! I arrive at 1:15 p.m. and surprise, you are closed. While your signs on the door say you are supposed to be open…. In short, it's starting to do a lot! My goal is not to kill you for free for fun, just to make you aware of your lack of professionalism, which for my part, could well push me to no longer come and consume at your place. While I basically love the food you offer… Hoping to see an improvement soon…

16/09/2024: The restaurant offers a complete menu with salad, pancakes etc... Except that it no longer serves salad because it is no longer in the summer season and therefore more staff, strange for a restaurant. In addition, it does not indicate on the menu the exact composition of its ingredients, misleading for people with food intolerances or other prohibitions. The shame is the indecent price of the 1 liter plastic Evian water bottle: in stores it must be around 0.50 cents, there it is sold for 5 euros, a total scam. You can make your own pancake, cool, but without chicken, noted on the menu but they don't have it because not enough people eat it...... Well, don't put it on your menu as ingredients possible .... In short.....Flee this restaurant!!!!

10/11/2024: Nice bar but friendliness is not there as soon as there are a few people. Smiling is therefore not included in the service! It doesn't make you want to come back. Damage….

10/09/2024: Cherchant un restaurant et pas convaincu par les suggestions, nous sommes interpellés par la carte extérieure. Le service, très pro sans être guindé. La qualité des plats est extraordinaire pour un tarif de 21,90€ avec une entrée (crevettes flambées), un plat (lieu noir, exceptionnel) et un dessert (ananas rôtis sur un caramel salé) A ne pas passer à côté

They helped us call a taxi...they took care of our luggage while we visited the museum...and the most beautiful thing was the farewell...everyone came out to greet us. 08/09/2024: We went to the hotel as a family...only the location is perfect! Very dated hotel. Bathroom in poor condition, pieces of bed left in our hands. Unpleasant smell when arriving at the hotel. And to finish on a high note, the breakfast lady is very unpleasant. Only the gentleman at reception on the first day is friendly and friendly. We do not recommend this hotel to avoid!

24/08/2024: Hotel well located, beautiful view of the port if the room overlooks it. Otherwise.... In the summer, the bars next door have parties every night, until 2 a.m.-3 a.m., bring earplugs! The hotel room: missing some electrical outlet, small shower, missing shutters and possibly an air conditioning system and above all, a functional VMC in the bathroom because of the lack of windows, some pretty mold is present 🙃 in short, a bit of renovation and upgrading is necessary! Staff quite friendly overall.

07/08/2024: How can I describe my disappointment to see that this kind of behavior exists. We came as a family to enjoy the setting of the embankment. I would like to point out that I am from Sable and that my family came on vacation here. We sat outside with my baby who was crying from hunger. The look and behavior of the waiter shocked me enormously in the face of this inherently common situation. It's still amazing to see that families can't come and take advantage of its service. I myself was embarrassed and ashamed in front of my family who did not know the Sables d'Olonne. If I understood correctly a retso bar NOT ADAPT: . To the family . Baby . Tourists . Premises (les sables d’olonne) One piece of advice is not to bother opening it. What an image it really is for our traders. I even think that one star is way too many. I really don't recommend it.
