Room a little aging (carpet, decor. Reception staff, restaurant, thalassotherapy center, very friendly and attentive service.

24/09/2024: Very hardworking, but always friendly staff, delicious breakfast, dinner is overwhelmingly good, nice wines, beautiful room and lots of activities in the hotel, as well as in the neighbourhood.
We can highly recommend this hotel and will certainly go back.

15/06/2025: The best spot to sit and have a coffee on Sunday morning, facing the port and the Passeur.
It's hard to find a spot on the terrace, but at the same time, it's because it's cool 😎

11/12/2024: We had reserved for 9 people at 8 p.m. to celebrate a birthday and, unbelievably, we found the creperie closed, with no explanation on the door. The pizzeria next door was crowded and couldn't accommodate us. We were devastated, our evening was ruined. It is unacceptable to treat customers with such casualness.
09/12/2024: Even in this season little attention to the customer... Do you ask for an ashtray? We'll bring you the one from the next table which is already full...

09/11/2024: Very disappointed, excessive price for the service at the time of the Vendée Globe, very slow service. the boss tells us "Good luck" and the chef "we're not coming to the restaurant on Vendée Globe day"!
We were regular customers, we never will be again. no consideration or respect for customers. Restaurant to avoid urgently.

17/01/2025: Maby not the fanciest menu but the super service is so good that I have to recommend this place.
Another thing to recommend is the duck salad.
Tonight was a quiet night (January) but they brought in Karaoke which was fun 😃

09/01/2026: Tuna tataki drowned in soy sauce, questionable, far too overcooked to be edible. Dish not touched, sent back but charged. Obligation to pay under threat of being accused of... food fraud, according to the police (sic!!). The person I spoke to was adamant, refusing to acknowledge the mediocrity of the dish. €80 bill for two paid. Appalling customer service. Pathetic. A high level of resilience is essential.
Avoid at all costs.
01/01/2026: The sugar waffle had very little sugar, but it was good. The service was very quick and friendly despite the crowd. I was disappointed by the staff's somewhat unkempt appearance, which contrasted with the overall image of the place.

Hygiene does not seem to be the manager's priority, I arrived, people were outside on their phones and when they returned to take the order and during preparation there was no hand washing before handling the food. food, etc.
Bland taco flavor to avoid...If I had seen the comments before I would not have come here...
05/09/2024: It’s a kebab that’s a kebab. We were in the evening and we wanted to eat. So we came across this brand. Despite the criticism, it is an unpretentious kebab, without taking risks or madness but which does what the coach asks of it. Football equivalent is Kanté who recovers 4/5 balls in the match but without shining offensively.

22/06/2024: Restaurant, to avoid! The waitress has a disconcerting nonchalance… 27 people at the table and 45 minutes, just to take an order for aperitifs. I'll let you imagine the wait! We found plastic in the foie gras and the only answer we got was that it had been removed incorrectly.
Never again!!!
