19/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, a small menu but one that offers incredibly fresh dishes made with quality ingredients, original recipes (in the best sense of the word 😉) from appetizer to dessert. Perfect wine pairings. Very good value for money.

21/07/2026: We had a lovely evening (table on the terrace). A minor point about the dessert (the tiramisu wasn't up to the standard of the other dishes). The risotto was very enjoyable. It's a very pleasant place. The welcome is friendly. I recommend it without hesitation. Note that it's best to book in advance to get a table on the terrace.

21/07/2026: Always excellent, from the food to the welcome and service! Marie-Pierre recommended a wine pairing that perfectly complemented the dishes! We will of course book again on our next visit to Les Sables d'Olonne.

25/07/2026: Parking was very difficult to find, so allow plenty of time to avoid being late. Once you're seated, it's pure bliss. The staff is very friendly, and the burgers are excellent and generous. The price is very reasonable. A great experience; I highly recommend it.

27/07/2026: We had a wonderful meal. Everything is homemade, which is quite rare in seaside restaurants these days, and deserves to be highlighted. Even the chicken on the children's menu is homemade, which is a really nice touch. The service was pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant!

22/07/2026: We came today with my father. The two waitresses were very pleasant and professional; no complaints there. However, the wait was far too long for just two galettes. Our drinks were served well before our main courses and were already finished by the time the galettes finally arrived. As for the andouille galettes, we were disappointed: only three very thin slices of andouille sausage, a lot of onions, and an excessive amount of Emmental cheese, which made the whole thing very greasy and unbalanced. Based on this experience, we didn't even bother ordering dessert. It's a shame, because the service was pleasant, but unfortunately, we don't recommend this crêperie.

The atmosphere is friendly and family-oriented; you feel right at home. The service is very good and quite fast. L'Ancre d'Or, a sure bet!

They offer two set menus, and within each menu category, there are three different options, providing a wider selection. I have an allergy, and they were able to adapt my dish accordingly, which is rare in some restaurants, allowing me to fully enjoy the experience.
