05/07/2026: Excellent crêperie by the sea! A must-visit if you're in Saint-Jean-de-Monts. The galettes are delicious, the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The service is impeccable; the waitresses are smiling, welcoming, and very pleasant. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place!

24/06/2026: We've known this restaurant for years and it was always delicious; we went every year. This year, after a three-year absence, we returned with enthusiasm, only to discover that the owner had changed. The menu was completely different, and the wait for three galettes was about thirty minutes, even though there were only two tables in the restaurant. During our long wait, the microwave could be heard far too often from the dining room. And once the food arrived, the presentation was disappointing, with all the elements of the galette piled on top of the galette but nothing inside... The flavors were difficult to distinguish, and there was nothing special about them. Furthermore, the waitress wasn't very welcoming or friendly, which immediately set a bad tone.

11/05/2026: A very beautiful campsite, well-maintained and very clean.
The mobile home was very new and modern, fantastic!
The water park is exceptional; the children loved it.
The only slight drawback was that some of the Lego sculptures were damaged, and there was a bit of dirt around the base of the plants (dead leaves, rubber bands, fake nails, etc.), and especially the small pebbles underfoot!
11/05/2026: A great stay at Les Genêts, as always.
We always receive a very warm welcome.
And the services offered by the campsite are fantastic, especially the swimming pool, which was very well heated both inside and out, allowing us to enjoy the outdoor pool even in the rain 😅.

07/05/2026: We ordered the set menu, and it was very good, both the quantity and quality were excellent. There were five of us, and we will definitely return. My daughter had the children's menu, which was also great. I didn't try the hotel.

15/05/2026: I'm not happy. I've never eaten such a bland "pizza." There was supposed to be an egg on the pizza... apparently missing. No ingredients to enhance the flavor (parsley or anything).

28/03/2026: I came with a friend to spend a day at the thalassotherapy center, so we had lunch at the restaurant.
Everything was great: the atmosphere, the staff, and the food.
I highly recommend it.

05/06/2026: (SPOILED MEAT!) We waited 20 minutes before I even asked for an aperitif. A 33cl Desperados (as listed on the menu) was only 25cl, and the (homemade) iced tea tasted like old dishwater. Ten minutes later, the waitress arrived with two main courses, but the other customers had just left—now we know why! The main course was a burger, so the meat was medium-rare instead of rare, and the fries arrived five minutes later. The other dish was a lacquered pork rib, but one piece of it was clearly spoiled; a horrible smell hit my nose. In short, shameful, avoid at all costs!
01/06/2026: We arrived unexpectedly and received a very warm welcome from the dynamic owner. The food was excellent, with a succulent steak tartare. Highly recommended.

25/08/2025: Unpleasant person, a terrace with tables but without chairs, we were only 3 people and there were only 2 people in the restaurant, so how can we say that there were chairs and in number, but let's say there were 3 chairs outside, 2 of which were used by the waitress or the restaurant owner's wife and one in a corner, how can we say that for August 15th and after 3 hours of searching for food, 30 minutes of walking, to have such a welcome is incredible, I couldn't tell you the taste of their product, my partner ate but I didn't, out of the question to participate in such a money-making meal

We're not hotel guests but ordered sushi tonight for the first time.
Very friendly staff on the phone and at reception, very good sushi, and the chef even gave us a little extra and all the necessary side dishes (sauces, salad, chopsticks)!
We'll definitely be back.

18/05/2026: A charming hotel with spacious and impeccably clean rooms. The new owners are very welcoming and attentive. The French breakfasts are generous and varied, and the lunch and dinner are homemade, high-quality, and very good, all at a competitive price. The dining room has recently been tastefully renovated, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. A large swimming pool is open seasonally, set in a vast green space surrounding the hotel.
We will definitely return.
09/05/2026: Very disappointed in terms of both quality and quantity. Not enough choice on the menu. Very slow service. I do not recommend it.

09/06/2026: The manager speaks rudely to his staff in front of customers. This has happened twice now, and it's not acceptable. I do not recommend this establishment.
09/06/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The atmosphere is unhealthy, there's a lot of tension in the kitchen, which puts a chill in the restaurant. The waiter is very pushy and gives the impression that you're bothering him when taking payment.
