06/06/2026: Amazing Pho Bo - had it take away. came with beautiful sliced brisket which was soft, thinly sliced and flavoursome, and thin sliced rare beef. Stock had a complex beef flavour and was incredibly authentic. Tasted like I was back in Ho Chi Minh. Had to ask for fresh chilli.

09/06/2026: I'm an atheist, but I pray to God that this business will prosper. The couple who run the restaurant are remarkably kind. You immediately sense their goodwill, generosity, and passion for their work. As for the waitress, she deserves special mention: she is exceptionally friendly, always smiling, warm, and genuinely attentive. Her smile lights up the room, and she treats everyone with the same respect and courtesy. What particularly struck me is that she is just as polite and respectful to delivery drivers as she is to customers. This natural kindness never seems forced; it simply emanates from a profoundly caring person. In a world where such a warm welcome is becoming increasingly rare, this restaurant is a true model. It's an establishment that deserves all the praise, and I recommend it without hesitation. If I could give it more than five stars, I would without hesitation. An exceptional experience, both for the taste buds and for the heart.

01/06/2026: We had a meal with colleagues and received a very warm welcome. The manager is lovely and courteously explained the dishes, which were delicious, and the small dining room was very pleasant. A great place, I highly recommend it!

31/05/2026: Excellent pho! I think you won't find better portions in the neighborhood :) Super warm welcome, and they serve unlimited green tea.

15/05/2026: Very good, I had a beef pho cooked at 3 pm which came with bean sprouts, sauce, chili, and fresh basil leaves on a small tray. I finished with an iced Americano to go. The servers are very friendly and attentive!

03/06/2026: I came to eat at HAI LUA with my family, it's delicious! I've eaten in the 13th arrondissement's Asian quarter, but HAI LUA is the best authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I love their steamed pancakes and bun cha. The service is warm and friendly. Thank you to the owner for the excellent service. I recommend it 100%!

18/05/2026: This is a 5 star place for what it is. It's a small, very cramped hole in the wall cash-only, very inexpensive Vietnamese restaurant. My wife and I just had dinner here and we loved it! The service was great thanks to the smiling woman who was the only person working outside the kitchen. The food came out really fast and was tasty. The portions were quite large, especially for the price. Fine dining It's not and doesn’t pretend to be. Authentic it is.

11/06/2026: My sister and I ordered the Vietnamese mango salad, and it was the best we've ever had. We're Vietnamese and know this dish well—our mom also makes it very well—but I have to admit, this was on another level 🤫 The pho and wonton soups were okay, but I have to say there are better options. Anyway, huge respect to the lady who greeted us, cooked, served us, and took and prepared takeout orders… she really does it all herself 🎩 I'll be back for the amazing mango salad and to try the Bun Bo 😋
