04/04/2024: Simply excellent. Perfect value for money. Finally a restaurant where the carafe of water and the bread are available without asking, where the dish is hot and where the smile is free. I would remember this address.
29/03/2024: The shank is just excellent. It was a first for me and I couldn't have had a better time.
The welcome is very warm, I highly recommend.

26/04/2024: We eat very well. The starters are plentiful and simply good. The only downside is that the tables of 2 in the middle aren't great because we're too close to the neighbors... And we learn a lot about other people's lives without even wanting to.

06/04/2024: I thought I knew all the good restaurants in Remiremont... Well no! The Bistrot des apothicaires is a very nice surprise. The setting is elegant and comfortable and the restaurant is much larger than the facade suggests. As for the cuisine, the chef offers, among other things, a very nice formula for 31 with this time a delicious grapefruit gizzard salad and a divine mouse served in a casserole dish with crunchy vegetables and juice to die for.... The friendly service and attentive.
Really worth doing again, especially since in the end the bill is rather low compared to what is offered.
01/04/2024: We were able to discover brunch for the first time. It was a good buffet with fresh local products highlighted. Madeleines are homemade as well as different dishes like the club sandwich. I recommend it to passing tourists. To discover. 185.90€ with 4 adults and 3 children, drinks included.

30/05/2024: I eat at San Remo regularly, whether for the food or the service, it’s very pleasant to go there.
The people who work in the kitchen always take the time to greet and thank the customers and it’s very pleasant.
I often have the conchiglie alla siciliana and the chef makes it for me in the form of a gratin with mozzarella, which is delicious!! (With soft pizza crusts used as bread it’s even better)
There are many dishes and options for those who eat without meat or pork and the staff each time clarifies whether there is alcohol or not in the desserts without us asking them, it is very professional to their part
In terms of service, politeness, helpfulness and sympathy are the words I would use to describe them
In short, I recommend and I will come back to eat there no matter the occasion

23/03/2024: A regular customer of your establishment for several years now, you have just lost several customers, starting with myself!
I came yesterday around 4 p.m., saleswoman not very friendly just like the day before when I came around the same time... Moreover, the baguette was hard the next morning, this is not the first time that I have found your products not very fresh, whether the bread or the pastries.
My husband came with colleagues at the end of this week, and heard 2 saleswomen criticizing, openly making fun of people, this is also not the first time that he has noticed this from one of the two saleswomen, it This is a total lack of respect. Added to this is the fact that he finds your products significantly less satisfactory than before.
You will therefore no longer see the company where my husband works, who unfortunately for you came every day.
And finally my mother came to have a coffee in your bakery a few weeks ago and a 25/30 year old salesman was allowed to interfere in their conversation by cleaning tables... Something in my opinion, totally disrespectful. My mother and her friend didn't like it, 2 more customers lost.
