16/03/2024: Intimately curated fine-dining experience. The chef and owner presented singular dishes custom-pared with wines from off the beaten path. Bottomless plates of his wife’s homemade sourdough sopped up singular sauces. My squab was cooked perfectly bloody, and the the meal ended perfectly with chocolate and estate-bottled pear brandy. Would return again and again if given the opportunity.

25/01/2024: This kind of “hidden” little restaurant that we can only recommend. The menu is simple and the dishes are excellent (onion soup + aged Comté bread, veal blanquette), in sufficient quantity. Arriving at the start of service, I was served quickly, with the pleasure of being able to observe the kitchen which has nothing to hide from us. The restaurateur took the time to chat with me as well as with other curious customers to explain his recipes, the choice of products, and the shaping of the bread by his wife, bread which was worthy of the best bakeries. I was no longer hungry for dessert, but he offered me a delicious mini pastry, which is also homemade by the lady. A passion for the food profession that you immediately feel on the plate and in the discussion, I will come back.
