Great pub for a drink and a bite to eat! Often packed on nights of sporting events but always very friendly!

A very welcoming pub, with plenty of space, several screens for watching sports, a private room, and the option to play darts. They offer a variety of English beers, generous burgers, and satisfying snacks... and especially brunch on weekends! The staff is great. I've spent a lot of time at the Elephant and Castle and I highly recommend it. It's well located in Old Lyon.

went there during 6 nations. the food at Elephant and Castle was really good. everything we ordered was fresh, tasty, and cooked just right. the quality definitely stands out. the drinks were also very good and a great match with the food. overall, it’s a solid spot for good pub food and drinks in lyon

17/03/2026: Wine lovers, go for it! Great atmosphere, excellent service, exceptional wines by the glass at reasonable prices, all paired with delicious food—don't miss it!
06/02/2026: We were looking for a place to enjoy a good wine and some appetizers before dinner. Nice selection of wines by the glass! We then had a mix of cheeses, delicious. The owner is kind and welcoming! I'm not sure I'd go there again, but if you happen to be passing through, it's the perfect place!
