Visited this place on a whim when visiting Saumur. The duck brochettes and trio of tartiflettes were both delicious. Rapid and friendly service (lunchtime). Good selection of half-bottles of wine which unfortunately is not the case in all restaurants.

Passing through Saumur, we went to this restaurant. An excellent place, we tried the cheese specialties; my wife had a goat cheese tartiflette (a little disappointed), while I had Les Clarines by Jean Perrin, which I loved. Remember to book.

Great place.
We hesitated before going in. Big mistake. The food is excellent.
The service is quick. If you're looking for something original, try the kebabs; go in and see why.
The Chantilly cream is also worth trying, especially for those who like it. Good value for money.

Excellent restaurant for cheese lovers; the fondue portion for two was perfect! The atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was superb, and there was no long wait between courses. Many thanks to the waitress who looked after us for her kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended!

What a disappointment... and I'm not used to negative reviews for restaurants.
After eating my starter and main course on the terrace, where everything went well overall, I was literally forgotten 🤦
After 25 minutes without seeing anyone after finishing my meal and seeing the various customers leave the restaurant, I went back inside to report the relatively long wait and, imagine my surprise, saw the waitress mopping and tidying the restaurant.
They had literally forgotten me outside; I have no words...
In short, a disappointment, and I do not recommend this restaurant 😤

A great restaurant! 🍴 The food is really good, and everything is well prepared.
The service is fast and very friendly, which is a real plus.
I really like the fact that they have a summer/winter menu; it's quite rare in the area, and it's a nice change!
It's also the only restaurant where you can enjoy raclette and fondue, a real plus.
I highly recommend it!
