A magnificent discovery. A very pleasant cozy setting. Space, calm, ideal for a timeless moment for two. And when the dishes arrive, it's pure happiness. It is delicious. A superb revisitation of Italian cuisine by this Japanese chef.

The unknown lives up to its name, a Japanese chef and room manager who offer us cuisine with Italian notes. Great discovery for two around the 7-course menu. The room is neat, the wide spacing between the tables creates intimacy. The service was discreet and attentive. As for the food, everything was very good, special mention for the Mallard duck, by far the best we could taste. A very nice experience, we highly recommend!

The inventiveness and subtlety of the cuisine are worth the detour. The chef is truly exceptional. I think I had one of my best meals here. Everything is perfect from appetizers to dessert. The person in the room is very attentive.

It's an Italian restaurant cooked by a Japanese chef, which was an excellent 7 course meal for 120 euros! Let's eat together next time! Among the high-end restaurants I've tasted so far, this is a delight! It's like a chef cooking seafood!

15/03/2024: Authentic Sardinian Italian Restaurant. Everything is impeccable, the welcome, the dishes, even the cake of the day which is truly "homemade" by the owner's wife. And the choice of wines => see photo I've been going back several times now and each time, it's a treat! (personal opinion) Listening, advice and attention are there. Do you have your own experience, because based on some opinions, it seems dramatic??! But it’s quite the opposite! ... Fortunately ;-) Yours sincerely
