Delicious and beautifully presented dishes with a great Japanese touch

This restaurant is so incredible that I'm surprised it hasn't yet earned a Michelin star. The dishes are simply exceptional, among the best I've ever tasted. The memory of the cold capeline appetizer with tomato sorbet will stay with me for a long time. The service is warm and impeccable. The interior is clean and luxurious without being ostentatious. The wines served with the wine pairing complement the dishes perfectly.

An ambitious restaurant with a seven-course tasting menu that promises some delightful surprises. Most of the dishes are meticulously prepared and demonstrate real culinary potential. Unfortunately, two of them fall flat: too simple, almost rushed, and clearly not up to the standard of the rest of the menu. It's a shame because when the chef puts in the effort, the results speak for themselves. As for the ambiance, the white lighting somewhat diminishes the warmth one would expect from this type of gastronomic experience. A minor detail, but one that becomes noticeable over the course of a multi-course meal.
