VERY generous cuisine!
Authentic Portuguese and Brazilian dishes.
Fresh seafood.
Succulent homemade mayonnaise and sauce!
The only downside is the wait during peak hours.
We had to go see the Christmas lighting on the Champs Elysees so we took the opportunity to go to a classic that never fails, Pedra Alta. It is always better to go in a group than as a couple to be able to order their huge platters and be able to try both their meats and their seafood. Quality seafood and meat, festive atmosphere and the food stands out above all. My recommendation is that you leave some room for the typical pastels de nata for dessert. Price for two with desserts and bottle of wine around 90 euros. @fooding_the_world_blog
If you have grown an appetite for exploring Paris and you find yourself strolling Champs Elysees not wanting to end up in an overpriced and average restaurant, Pedra Alta is your destination. A Portuguese restaurant that serves good quality shellfish, fish and meat in huge portions... bring your friends and share everything and if there are leftovers you can bring them back home. Leave room for the typical pastels de nata for dessert. It will be a queue but normally goes quickly. Around 40-50 per person with wine and dessert. @fooding_the_world_blog
Updated Nov 2024: 4 stars. We were curious to see how this restaurant evolved so came back again. The services were better this time but still the energy from the staffs we saw in 2017,2018 were not there anymore. The cooked seafood platter was better than the fresh/raw seafood platter.
May 2022: 3 stars. Quality and services were degraded compared to couple years ago we visited
Please note, it is possible to reserve a table for 9 (6 adults + 3 children) Monday to Friday November 15, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.?
