RESTAURANT DELAUNAY sur Saint-Malo

Excellent hamburgers and fries. We were served very quickly and it was delicious 🙂 A great place.

As always, the burgers are good, but over the years the quantity has decreased while the price remains high, given the same price difference as in a regular restaurant, so ultimately you might as well go to a real restaurant. The portion of fries is ridiculously small, and it costs €3.50 for a second order. Ultimately, it's fine as a last-minute fix, but if you want to take your time without being crammed in, it's not ideal. A shame.

Excellent burgers and very friendly staff!

I first went there several years ago and didn't really like the fries. But everything seems to have been revamped: when I went back this summer, I found everything excellent: the burger, the fries, and the staff! I recommend it!

The staff was very friendly and the service was pleasant overall. The fries were delicious. However, the portion could definitely be a bit larger, or a large portion option should be available. I especially appreciated being able to help myself to as much sauce as I wanted. Unfortunately, the burgers themselves didn't quite live up to my expectations. The buns were rather dry and bland. Perhaps it would be a good idea to use higher-quality buns or even bake them in-house, as other burger joints successfully do. What was completely unacceptable, though, was that a staff member was smoking her e-cigarette in the dining area. She was sitting somewhat apart and it wasn't particularly busy, but still. That should absolutely not happen in a restaurant.

Welcoming and friendly staff, Fast service, Relaxed atmosphere, Delicious burgers (especially the Vauban 🤤), Affordable prices, In short, it's the most well-deserved 5/5 star I've ever given a restaurant. 👍
