An unforgettable stay 🤓 The staff were incredibly pleasant, a huge thank you to Maxime, a truly wonderful person, very helpful in every way. The restaurant was excellent, with staff who were always attentive, friendly, and smiling. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the spa and the pool, a moment of relaxation and tranquility. The hotel was very clean and the setting exceptional. Thank you again to Maxime for his cheerfulness, his smile, and his excellent service. I give this entire stay a 30/20 😉

The room was very comfortable and functional, although it could use a few more power outlets. The restaurant was simply perfect: delicious and generous portions.

Very friendly staff, well-located hotel. Housekeeping was a bit lacking.

The room had poor soundproofing, a smell of tobacco, and ticking in the bedding. My daughter had to see a doctor after this short stay. The breakfast was good, but the evening meal was dreadful. Special mention goes to the Valentine's Day meal: a choice between two very expensive menus, very poor quality, inedible. My wife was forced to eat the children's menu because nothing on the menu appealed to her. We have stayed three times, and this will be the last. Avoid at all costs!

I highly recommend this friendly, family-run hotel. The food is good, the welcome is warm, it's top-notch! Go without hesitation; it's one of the best hotels in Pra Loup, and it's right at the foot of the ski slopes. Go without hesitation!

Fantastic experience at Chalet des Blancs. A very warm welcome, a friendly, family atmosphere. We were very well received by the whole team. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish: charcuterie, lasagna, and above all, excellent service and top-notch cuisine. A true Italian chef in the kitchen who knows how to surprise and delight the taste buds with his delicious dishes. Thank you to Lisa, Silène, Eliot, and Amaïne for their hospitality and professionalism. We will definitely be back. See you soon!

After a stay in 2014 that left us with wonderful memories, we returned for the Christmas holidays and were quite disappointed with the restaurant and the rooms. And let's not even mention the Wi-Fi.
