Unfriendly boss. Tourist trap in all its glory.
Incredibly expensive coffee with a taste worthy of the darkest harbors in the Paris region, the chardonnay supposedly at six euros a glass was not only abstruse but left me with a migraine three days later.
Prohibitive prices.
If only this place could be bought by serious, smiling and professional people... The world would only be a better place.
28/09/2024: Restaurant very well located, however the waitresses are very unpleasant and indulge in misplaced remarks to the children, the manager let's not talk about it. The cuisine is much too expensive because the quality is not there, the dishes are tasteless. We do not recommend this tourist trap

09/08/2024: Frankly, I find the staff pleasant, smiling and attentive.
Their pizzas are honestly killer, their sandwiches are nothing like it.
Done made l 2 in Laon the 1st not far from Lidl offered me 1 bag and the 2nd to cost nothing while I asked the same thing as the 1st but hey I thought since it was the same brand it was the same thing but no.
Otherwise nothing to say just good luck to you and thank you for your delights.

01/12/2024: Numéro de ticket de caisse numéro DT 86 Passage hier soir à 20h04 deux repas commandés à emporter pour la somme de 38 € il comprenait de MBO MC extrême et des frites plus les boissons et un dessert. Les deux Big Mac avec des steaks hachés surcuits durs comme du bois et des frites qui avaient dû être maintenues au chaud et qui étaient quasiment immangeables. Le temps de rentrer à bruyères et mon bureau aussi sous cette minute à table aussitôt bien que ce n'était pas refroidi. Pire souvenir que nous avons de McDo dans lequel je ne suis pas près de remettre les pieds à ce prix j'aurais pu avoir deux repas corrects au restaurant. À bannir, je pense qu'avec le numéro laissé vous avez mes coordonnées et vous pouvez me contacter je peux vous présenter la personne qui m'a accompagné également. Quand on voit les pubs à la télé par rapport à ce que l'on a je dirais publicité mensongère puissance 10.

Venu au hasard pour un repas rapide je fus très bien accueilli et vite servi.
15.90€ plat dessert (Même si j’étais pressé j’ai pris le temps de savourer la tarte citron et spéculos)
Très belle carte de bières. Félicitations ça change des simples HK ou 1664.
A refaire rapidement de retour à Laon.
02/08/2024: We booked for our Thursday night meal but probably didn’t need to - we had a choice of inside or outside- opted for a table at the rear to avoid those smoking outside.
We loved the interior it’s a Beer enthusiasts dream - loads of memorabilia and an impressive beer selection- all of it is on - if you like Belgian beers you will love it - I tried the local brews - excellent too, also good wine choices.
As for food you can see the menu- great selection of burgers - I went for andouillette - very well cooked!
All in all a great choice - def worth a detour if you are nearby!

02/11/2024: Ce restaurant aurait besoin d un grand rafraîchissement. La pâte à pizza n était pas cuite du tout en dessous les champignons sont noirs car ce sont des surgelés le chorizo était complètement calciné dommage car elles pourraient être excellents avec des champignons frais et un four mieux réglé. Attention à l addition qui n était pas conforme. De plus on nous a servi les pizzas quelques minute après l apéritif que nous avons fini en mangeant. Par contre personnel vraiment très sympathique
12/09/2024: Cc, bonne pizza cuite au feu de bois, avec des produits de qualité à un prix tout doux. Personnel très sympathique. La petite touche sympa aussi les gâteaux à l apéro.

24/06/2024: Entrecôte impossible à couper le serveur m’en rapporte une autre après une demie heure d’attente en me disant «elle sera pas mieux que l’autre » du coup j’ai rien manger et pas de geste commercial au moment de régler .. ça sera la dernière fois qu’ils me verront

14/06/2024: Lovely to be back at Karine and Hassan's super-quirky little hotel again. Lovely rooms. So friendly. Our must-do stop on the way south.

27/07/2024: Apart from the very practical side of the Drive, it is a friendly and well-stocked place which easily meets our daily needs. I recommend the “catering” section as well as the wide choice of pastries! I don't forget the staff, always ready to resolve the slightest problem. Their help is invaluable to the elderly (among others).
