18/09/2024: At the drive-thru today at noon, we already have to wait on the side... The order arrives and I see no mayonnaise even though I asked for my order. I ask the person (1 lady) if I can have the mayo, she brings me 2! We have 5 fries, order amount €55! I tell her a little more mayo please, not happy, she goes back to get some, and I wait... With children it starts to take a long time. I go down and she arrives with 3 mayons, not happy, not friendly! I told him, change jobs if you're not happy... I'm entitled to my sauces for 55€ of order. She tells me there's no work if you don't know! I tell her that if there's plenty of work, if she's not cut out to work in commerce, she changes. We must not forget that we have customers, and that without customers there is no work! Unacceptable 😡😡😡 Staff to be reviewed.... MC do next to crossroads.

20/09/2024: I strongly advise against this relay point!! It is truly unfortunate to encounter a saleswoman who lacks respect for customers and who communicates in a loud manner. Respect and courtesy are essential elements of customer service. A calm and respectful approach is fundamental to establishing a positive relationship with customers. Effective and respectful communication contributes to a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience for all customers. It is important that sales professionals treat each customer with respect and consideration, creating a welcoming environment conducive to harmonious interactions.

27/07/2024: Apart from the very practical side of the Drive, it is a friendly and well-stocked place which easily meets our daily needs. I recommend the “catering” section as well as the wide choice of pastries! I don't forget the staff, always ready to resolve the slightest problem. Their help is invaluable to the elderly (among others).

28/07/2024: Here's my order : A taco night menu (with fries and drink) A large tray of fries (lol) 8 wings And 2 maroilles gratins And 3 sauces Here is what I received: A stone (without fries and without drink) A large tray with a few fries And the 2 gratins Being a big consumer of tacos and having increased experience in the field, I can say that this is without a doubt the most disgusting tacos I have eaten. Small practical side on the other hand, you can do all types of sport with the taco in your hands, nothing will leak!!!! A small block of stone… The fries aren't great either and are cold The gratin really has no taste We couldn't taste the sauces To top it off, we call the establishment and explain the little problem. He tells us that it's the fault of the delivery man who didn't take the sauces and that the tacos "it's weird you see because we usually put the fries so it's weird that you tell me that », and as a commercial gesture, we have the right to pick up the rest of the order ourselves if we wish.
