Certainly the level of cuisine is very high, with truly mastered cooking and balance, perfect combinations and regional and seasonal products that we expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. But we had the bad idea of ​​taking the food and wine pairing (at 90 euros per person!) and then we understood why the chef served us pigeon, it's because the room was full of it! One sip served per dish! Really no more! And if we had had great wines, we would have eventually understood but that was not the case, good regional wines but nothing more... It really ruined our time, especially since the other tables seemed to be served normally, maybe it was our people? or the fact that the dinner had been pre-paid, so there was no need to satisfy us... Then, I agree with the previous opinions on the valet who charges 8 euros for having traveled 3 meters with my car.... In short, despite truly excellent cuisine we will not come back and will not recommend it

10/06/2024: Excellent time spent with the relaxing stopover formula. Very good restaurant with fresh products and impeccable service. The spa is a great discovery, renovated, I was pampered from start to finish. The jacuzzi was not yet accessible because there was still some work to be done but everything else was great in a cocooning atmosphere. Thanks to Julien and his team for the tailor-made massage and the discovery of reflexology. Bravo for your professionalism. I will come back with pleasure.

24/05/2024: Excellent and plentiful cuisine. We came to eat there twice. Owner and waiters who are efficient, natural and very friendly. Very pleasant terrace and restaurant. The Bohemian chandelier inside the restaurant is definitely worth a look, as is the magnificent and surprising church of Biot, 300 m away. An address to recommend!!

01/04/2024: I have been a customer of the golf course, driving range, golf lessons, snack bar and restaurant for over 10 years. Everything is really great: - the restaurant is really very good for a very reasonable price. - the course is a good little 9 holes - the driving range offers a rather rare experience in the area since the installation of the Top Tracer (just the balls which deserve to be replaced more often) - the short game/putting area is the best I've ever been to - all the staff there are really great 👍 But why this morning, April 1, 2024, a gentleman that I had never seen (a commissioner I suppose he was in a cart) came to the driving range and had absolutely intolerable behavior towards me, spoke to me really very badly with a disdainful attitude. I am shocked that someone could address a customer in this way. I left the club immediately.

09/06/2024: We actually just wanted to have a little drink after cycling. Mercifully we were served, but poorly. The espresso was ignored. The pizza looked miserable and put us off. Maybe the mussels and Wiener Schnitzel would have been better, but we didn't feel like it.

14/04/2024: Un ami « Biotois » a réservé une table aux Verriers, nous étions 4. L’accueil est chaleureux, la jeune serveuse est souriante et sympathique. Le tartare de bœuf est très bien préparé, accompagné de succulentes frites fraîches, bravo au chef. La pièce de bœuf rôtie, orichiettes au pistou est fondante et savoureuse. Les pâtes « Paccheri à la pancetta, artichauds et peccorino» excellentes (cuisson al dente parfaite). Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande sans réserve.
