23/07/2024: Un accueil toujours aussi parfait . Délai respecté . Pizzas Bio délicieuses avec de bons ingrédients traditionnels . Très bonne pâte . les 4 pizzas ont été intégralement partagées et dévorées , toutes excellentes : Thon , Grecque , Chef , Campagnarde .
27/06/2024: We were on vacation near Colle sur Loup, we were looking for a good pizzeria and we came across the nature break and seeing the reviews we let ourselves be tempted and clearly Norbert did not steal all his positive reviews. Excellent pizza, everything is fresh, well seasoned, and everything is organic.
Sufficient pizza size for a good eater. Just go for it!

14/09/2024: We had dinner yesterday Friday 13/09.
We had the 5 course menu.
The lobster covered with blackberries and raspberries 😭😭the rest without much interest.
Half empty restaurant…
Menu.. a box in English with the napkin inside!!! My French kitchen where are you??? Region probably too spoiled. To avoid

16/12/2024: Very warm welcome in this hotel well located in the region. Easy access from Nice airport, but not too in the coastal crowds. The view is superb over the mountains of the hinterland. Very good advice is given on the stay, catering, visits to do, sea or mountain walks. Well appointed rooms.

10/09/2024: No worries...as soon as possible we'll come back...everything was top notch...
09/09/2024: Family restaurant, mother and child serve together, the chef is the husband. Delicious food, Monaco beer is beer with pomegranate syrup so it's delicious and sweet. Raw baby beef mixed into a salad to eat with french fries and salad is called Tartare. Young beef steak is also very delicious and tender. Gourmand or cappuccino coffee is also quite good.

07/11/2024: A shame! Very dirty inflatable areas and not all usable. Ruined mini golf course. 7€50 is a steal!
03/11/2024: We have been coming to this park for 13 years now. Nothing to complain about, always as great as the park, the staff and the boss Marie Laure who is great.
The kids are having a blast, you can have a picnic.
It's family friendly.
In short, if I could give more stars I would.

Avoid guinea fowl, they have stiff meat, difficult to eat, not much taste despite a chef's trick to make the flesh soft. It would be better to change suppliers..
24/10/2024: No one... one person asked to taste a piece of garlic sausage because she didn't know it, the boss made her pay for the slice 😨.... Not commercial at all... 😜 Needless to say, it's not not true, I came 2 years ago I left an 80 euro note what interest would I have in talking stupid things... Since what I saw, the customer was before me, I have never returned feet in your shop.... If you don't do it anymore, so much the better...

08/09/2024: We could walk past it without stopping (very small, few tables, a small terrace on the edge of the semi-pedestrian lane of the old village of Colle sur Loup...) and we would be very wrong because the cuisine is superb (des tasty dishes, with daring but always successful compositions...) a real treat, a real surprise, a real good gastronomic moment.
The 5 flavors menu (with little choice, but all the proposals are exceptionally successful in their flavors) at 65 euros is worth the detour. There are only a few differences with the 3 flavors menu at 57 euros but it would be wrong to deprive yourself of the appetizer and the pre-dessert (what originality, what delicacy!)
One small downside, the wine list does not match the dishes offered (a Languedoc wine and a Graves at more than 40 euros per bottle, it is not good value for money] but that No matter the rest is exceptional, you have to go there.
