20/08/2026: Lemon Flounder On August 18th, wanting a flank steak (which the butcher didn't have), I asked for lemon flounder (same answer) and was asked to name a third cut. I chose whiting, and I was condescendingly told that "lemon flounder is for the fishmonger!" (Seriously!) However, this cut of meat does exist and is among the most flavorful. Having been a regular customer of this butcher shop for years, I let them sell me a cut meant for fondue (€45/kg) which was nothing like what I had asked for, namely long, juicy fibers. The standard has dropped considerably considering the prices charged and the quality offered.

22/07/2026: Unfortunately, Ludiparc used to be a perfect place for fun on a budget; however, the price increases every year, and at €8 to swim in the river 90% of the time and use the trampoline 10% of the time, it's no longer worth it at all. It's a shame because for €40 I can do something much better!

22/07/2026: The park is well laid out, perfect for children of all ages. And the restaurant, Surce Sale, everything is fresh, it's excellent, the staff is very attentive. Well done and thank you. Gabin for Madame d'amour ❤️

05/08/2026: We had a lovely evening! Very friendly owners, delicious pizza, and they even gave us a complimentary aperitif. ☺️

03/08/2026: Absolutely delicious food, prepared with care, and very friendly service from the restaurant owners. If you want to discover Provençal cuisine, this is the place to go.

24/07/2026: Arriving in Saint-Paul de Vence, you'll stumble upon Le Saint-Éloi. Everything is €14. The food and atmosphere are friendly and relaxed, with a relaxed, family vibe. The beef and salmon tartares were delicious, and the "sunshine" tart with roasted pear and pineapple was excellent! Served quickly on a shaded terrace. Absolutely fantastic!

21/07/2026: Rude staff from start. Hamburger I received was so raw it was seemed to be on purpose. Blamed it on me for not asking for it to be cooked to a safe temperature. Didn’t take it off bill. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

26/06/2026: Amazing fine-dining experience with outstanding flavors, a breathtaking view of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, and genuinely friendly staff. We went for the tasting menu and were completely blown away by the entire experience. The appetizers were excellent — they awakened our palates and got us ready for the meal, even in the sweltering heat these days! The fish with purple eggplant was hands-down one of the best dishes I’ve had. The combination was perfect, and the seven accompanying items (beets, radish, carrot, zucchini, and more) each brought a refreshing crunch and unique flavor. It’s the kind of dish where you instantly understand the chef’s intention and truly appreciate it. The mushroom dish was out of this world. The texture was so juicy and tender that it practically melted in the mouth. Kids ordered the steak and ended up with the biggest piece of foie gras they’ve ever seen. Both finished the entire dish - their first time trying it - and loved every bite. Desserts were all excellent, but the chocolate cake stole the show. We were pretty full by the end and were leaning toward lighter options like sorbets, but when we broke into the chocolate cake, it revealed its true magic. Light, incredibly flavorful, and hands-down THE BEST chocolate desserts I’ve ever had. All of this, combined with the breathtaking view of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, made for a perfect day with the family. This is exactly the kind of place I’d love to return to with more friends and families!

03/05/2026: We went for lunch and ordered the set menu. All the dishes were a feast for the eyes and a delight for the palate. I would eat there again in a heartbeat.
