26/01/2026: Always a warm welcome from Karine and her team… the place to be in Valberg for lunch at the foot of the slopes or a snack. The crêpes are excellent, as are the Croq Montagne sandwiches… try them without hesitation!

The owners gave us a very warm welcome, the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The prices were very reasonable, and the overall atmosphere was great.
We'll be back.

07/01/2026: I ate at this restaurant twice with my son; the pizzas were really great and the pasta carbonara was excellent.
We'll definitely come back to this restaurant on our next trip.

29/01/2026: Great place for a break, the food is good; I had the venison steak, perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce.
The setting is beautiful with a lovely terrace and plenty of outdoor tables.
The prices are relatively reasonable, some more so than others, but it's a lovely experience.

04/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant twice during our stay. We were always welcomed with kindness and respect. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish: burgers, pizzas, pasta.
25/01/2026: 0/10 across the board. I went there yesterday with my family. The dish I ordered wasn't the right one. And when they brought me a new one, it still wasn't right. My wife's pizza wasn't cut the way we asked, and when we asked about it, they told us, "Do you have cutlery?"
This restaurant is terrible in every way. I advise you to avoid it.

The desserts are homemade and decorated with fruit; they're also worth a visit.
I highly recommend this place.

23/01/2026: Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

21/08/2024: Nous sommes des habitués du restaurants depuis des années et nous avons découverts les nouveaux gérants.
Ils ont gardés les spécialités du restaurant tout en y rajoutant leur patte. Les suggestions du jour sont excellentes et les tarifs très raisonnables.
Le couple qui gère est très sympathique et accueillant, ils ont vraiment à coeur de vous faire plaisir et de vous recevoir du mieux possible, ce qui n'est pas le cas partout.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et encore merci pour cette bonne soirée.
19/08/2024: Nous avons découvert ce restaurant lors d un déjeuner en famille. Les nouveaux propriétaires sont sympathiques
et attentionnés notamment avec les enfants. Les plats sont excellents et copieux.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

29/07/2024: Small rooms, smell of chemicals, leaks in the bathroom, ordinary breakfast...meh...
24/07/2024: We stayed here for one night during our motorcycle vacation.
We were allowed to park the motorcycle right in front of the hotel and were given a very friendly welcome. The room was nicely decorated and was completely sufficient for us.
I could easily imagine staying here again on a future motorcycle tour.

Plus de pâte que de garniture et peu de goût...fade..
Heureusement que le staff était très sympa.
05/08/2024: Accueil sympathique. Nous avons commandé une pizza aux truffes qui était excellente, et une escalope milanaise de qualité plus que moyenne, la chapelure ressemblant
à du contreplaqué, les pâtes étant trop cuites avec une sauce tomate recouverte de pistou…
