Like the enthusiasm of this happy manager couple to welcome us and serve with generosity and sincerity. 14/07/2024: Quelle belle découverte à deux pas de chez nous. Nous cherchions un "Italien authentique" et sortir de la sempiternelle pizza. Guidés par les excellents avis sur internet nous avons réservés la veille et en effet ce haut score est amplement mérité. Acceuil très chaleureux, beaucoup d'attention avec juste ce qu'il faut d'humour. Beaucoup de choix à la carte, rapidité de service sans énervement malgré une terrasse pleine. Une chorégraphie bien réglée, des plats copieux et délicieux. On se sent choyés, bien conseillés et ce sans ventes forcées; apéros, vins, café, digestifs, etc.. Des prix très raisonnables malgré une belle qualité et quantité d'ingrédients. Un sans faute ! Pour sûr nous allons en faire notre cantine de luxe. Entre temps nous reviendrons sans aucun doute tester les pizzas à emporter. Merci messieurs de faire bien votre travail dans la bonne humeur et le respect de votre clientèle. Ce qui est une rareté de nos jours. Bravo..

06/01/2025: A big disappointment for 70€. I just found the little chicken ballottine (small) and the chocolate and peanut dessert great. But for this price it's not worth it. A single cheese appetizer. No glass included. The bland and cold puree accompaniment. The poor slice of bread with the foie gras, nothing more. The minimal quantities we had to stuff ourselves with bread. The presentation no present for such a day (New Year's Eve)... Dessert was taken away from me while I was making a phone call outside and we were very far from closing. DJ atmosphere 0 for this famous 31, just music playing, the transitions were not worked.

16/07/2024: Het dorp heeft veel van zijn oude glorie verloren maar op dit kleine gerenoveerde kleurrijke pleintje bij de kerk wordt veel goed gemaakt. Verse producten en mooie gerechten staan op het schoolbord gekrijt. Kleine kaart maar altijd afwisselend. Leuk verzorgd restaurant met smakelijke keuken. Al een aantal keren heerlijk geluncht. Om de hoek parkeerplaatsje!

26/11/2024: A true culinary gem by the water What a great discovery the Bistrot du Port de Vallauris is! Coming alone one lunchtime, I was amazed by the chef's art of enhancing fish with combinations of flavors that were both bold and harmonious. Who would have thought that cocoa and squid ink could create such alchemy? Every bite was a revelation. The decoration, sober and elegant, pays homage to the marine world without ever falling into cliché. I was also charmed by the tableware, unique and refined, which highlights each dish with a touch of sophistication. I opted for the discovery menu, copious but very refined. Each plate was a painting, generous but never heavy, a perfect balance that left me satisfied and enchanted. I'm already looking forward to going back before the end of the year for their bouillabaisse, a specialty here that seems to restore this dish to its former glory. However, I am saddened to know that this gem will soon close... What a shame to lose such a gastronomic setting. If you have the opportunity to go, go for it without hesitation! An unforgettable culinary experience worth living.
