05/09/2024: We found a clever HOMEMADE mix of Turkish, Lebanese and French cuisine. Mediterranean cuisine good for body and mind. Like the enthusiasm of this happy manager couple to welcome us and serve with generosity and sincerity. We liked the vegetarian plate with its (vegetable) cheese skewer and the "Pacha", a plate to share for 2 with various grilled meats and its elaborate sauces and spicy vegetables; Not forgetting the homemade desserts and breads. nice wine list too. 06/01/2025: A big disappointment for 70€. I just found the little chicken ballottine (small) and the chocolate and peanut dessert great. But for this price it's not worth it. A single cheese appetizer. No glass included. The bland and cold puree accompaniment. The poor slice of bread with the foie gras, nothing more. The minimal quantities we had to stuff ourselves with bread. The presentation no present for such a day (New Year's Eve)... Dessert was taken away from me while I was making a phone call outside and we were very far from closing. DJ atmosphere 0 for this famous 31, just music playing, the transitions were not worked.

11/09/2024: Excellent restaurant familial, en bordure du port. Très joli endroit. Une cuisine très fraîche et très bonne. Dommage que les petits farcis n’étaient pas assez cuits. Il a fallu que je les renvoie pour compléter la cuisson mais ils étaient cependant excellents. Très beau poisson. Excellent baba. Un service agréable et attentionné.

26/11/2024: A true culinary gem by the water What a great discovery the Bistrot du Port de Vallauris is! Coming alone one lunchtime, I was amazed by the chef's art of enhancing fish with combinations of flavors that were both bold and harmonious. Who would have thought that cocoa and squid ink could create such alchemy? Every bite was a revelation. The decoration, sober and elegant, pays homage to the marine world without ever falling into cliché. I was also charmed by the tableware, unique and refined, which highlights each dish with a touch of sophistication. I opted for the discovery menu, copious but very refined. Each plate was a painting, generous but never heavy, a perfect balance that left me satisfied and enchanted. I'm already looking forward to going back before the end of the year for their bouillabaisse, a specialty here that seems to restore this dish to its former glory. However, I am saddened to know that this gem will soon close... What a shame to lose such a gastronomic setting. If you have the opportunity to go, go for it without hesitation! An unforgettable culinary experience worth living.
