24/12/2025: We tried this restaurant based on local recommendations and we weren't disappointed. The tasting platters were €20, with plenty of choice and generous portions; we left feeling very full. The service was pleasant, what more could you ask for? ;) Excellent Lebanese food, definitely worth trying. We'll be back with pleasure.

02/02/2026: Le Nouveau Restaurant Le 36 in Vallauris is a fantastic Italian restaurant! 🇮🇹 The pizzas are authentic Italian, the pasta too—in fact, everything is homemade and genuinely Italian, right down to the truly delicious desserts 😋🤩 The chef cooks wonderfully, with flavors that transport you straight to Italy ✨ The staff is very kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable 🥰 I highly recommend it! 🍕🍝❤️

19/01/2026: I was just passing through this city and didn't know where to eat. I found this restaurant on Google and honestly wasn't disappointed. Great atmosphere, the staff are very friendly, attentive, and give good advice. Honestly, don't hesitate!

15/02/2026: An absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish! An elegant and soothing setting, attentive and perfectly executed service, and above all… simply remarkable cuisine. Each dish is conceived with simplicity, finesse, creativity, and precision, with surprising and perfectly balanced flavor combinations. You can taste the genuine artistry, the mastery of technique, and the passion in every plate. The menu was a truly sensory experience, refined and full of emotion. Special mention goes to the quality of the ingredients and the presentation, as beautiful as it was delicious. We will definitely be back to try the bouillabaisse!

From the organization, with the owner being very attentive and available, to the menu which was perfect! The staff is welcoming and professional, and the meal was of very high quality! I highly recommend this venue. Thank you again for this unforgettable evening.

01/03/2026: We returned a second time, thinking that our first experience might have been a fluke, especially since the meat is truly excellent and the value for money remains outstanding. However, the reception was rather off-putting, with a manager who was somewhat curt in her interactions. The service also left much to be desired, probably because there clearly aren't enough waitresses to properly staff the dining room. Unfortunately, our interaction with the manager once again put us off. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves a welcome and service to match.

27/02/2026: We've been regulars at La Courte Paille for years. We recently had lunch there, and the meat was still good, even better than before, despite a limited menu. However, the service really leaves much to be desired. The staff aren't attentive to the customer; their attire and shoes are mediocre at best and poorly maintained. What's more, the staff constantly talk amongst themselves in the dining room in front of customers waiting to order. They're imprecise and inattentive when serving the food. What a difference from what we experienced before Covid, when the staff were top-notch, efficient, welcoming, and quick.
