21/02/2026: Horrible experience with your waitress Ludivine for the 2nd time, she insisted on paying more every time we went through the menu, didn't scan the restaurant card, not friendly at all, in short, HORRIBLE service!

23/02/2026: The manager was fantastic, incredibly kind and very professional. We've never been disappointed, neither with the quality of the service nor the food. We highly recommend this Buffalo Grill!

15/02/2026: Very disappointed. Cold fries, cold Roquefort sauce. Twice I asked for it to be reheated, and it was brought back burnt. No half chicken and no crème brûlée. We complained and received a 10% discount on the bill. I'm going to leave a review on the website because I'm not happy at all. I said, "Have a good evening," and they replied, "Well, in any case, have a bad evening." A disgrace, truly a disgrace. It's a shame for the chain to have staff like that. I'm banning Buffalo Grill Lezennes...

Really great, we were served quickly.
Just not 5 stars because, like in more and more McDonald's, I had to go get my ice cream later even though I hadn't selected "save for later," so that's a shame.
Otherwise, great.

15/01/2026: I'm reacting to KFC's recent switch to "all halal." In a secular country like ours, I don't understand this decision. It's not just an option, but the entire menu.
Why cater exclusively to one religion and ignore others? I find it unfair. Furthermore, we often forget that this method of slaughter is more cruel than conventional methods.

I almost never leave reviews, but this is the last time I've been to this chip shop. And it's getting worse and worse. The fries are either undercooked or burnt, with absolutely no taste, not to mention the tiny portion.
Whether it's hamburger buns or sandwich buns, the bread is hard or rubbery.
Frankly, for the price we pay, even though it's still reasonable, the quality could be better and they could be less stingy. For me, this will be the last time I go.

Where you can meet nice, friendly people. The owners are always welcoming and cheerful. 👌🏻
31/10/2025: I went to pick up a package at the Royal d'Ascq and was very disappointed with the service. The woman in charge was unpleasant and unprofessional, refusing to admit her mistake despite the facts. This attitude made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable, and does not reflect the level of service expected in this type of establishment. I do not recommend it!! Avoid it

18/12/2024: Rather disappointed with this restaurant, in itself it's not bad however the quantity and clearly needs to be reviewed. In terms of quantity/price ratio, it's very light. 10 fries on my plate and a mini steak. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant despite a friendly atmosphere and very pleasant waitresses.

21/01/2026: Unpleasant staff, our order arrived completely squashed while we were eating in! We ordered a Coke Zero and a regular Coke, and there was no way to tell which was the sugar-free one. When they brought our drinks back, they just put them down without showing us the label. In short, they need improvement.
