21/09/2024: Price of cookies not displayed for some, payment error, 3 times I follow up to get a refund / credit, the messages remain read without return. At €10 a cookie it doesn't work.

01/10/2024: The food was terrible. Not recommended! Grilled summer vegetables were canned corn and something else indefinable. Sauce from the package, meat was half cooked and half raw and couldn't be cut with 4 different knives. Charolais meat was on the menu, but it wasn't available. Was only said when asked.

08/09/2024: Reservation made online for 6 people and we were poorly installed. It was not possible for us to change tables despite our large sizes...complicated for the table configuration. No ventilation despite the high heat in the room and non-existent air conditioning. Maybe that's why it quickly emptied around 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday. Very long service and repeat 4 times for a carafe of water it's fine for a while. It's not up to customers to constantly call the waiters to follow up on the order.. Super disappointed with this buffalo! My partner and I invited my parents, disappointed for them and for us. I will not repeat the experience in this restaurant!

08/09/2024: We were 4 adults, 2 children and a baby ❤️, we were seated on a round table and there was a chair to complete it, we were not comfortable squeezed between the seat and the table, my daughter asked to be placed elsewhere not possible. The welcome salad was served immediately but we had to call several times for drinks, for dishes and the carafe of water requested xxxx times. What's going on in this restaurant? We went to Buffalo Grill in Boulogne and this one was great. Perhaps an organizational problem, three people served us. The servers are not pleasant but I don't understand these problems there was no crowd. No air conditioning we were sweating, not pleasant to eat in these conditions. My children invited us and I am disappointed for them, us too. If I encounter an identical situation I will leave immediately. This is the first time we have visited this restaurant and I don't think I will return.

14/08/2024: First visit to this buffalo, served by Isaac, who was literally adorable and gave us wonderful advice. Thank you for the advice and the good humor you bring. I had a double blue hamburger, very substantial, the blue was not strong enough in taste in my opinion, but still very good. We were next to children, a little noisy at times, without being unbearable. Highly recommend, overall great first visit.

13/08/2023: Despite the dishes from the South West which presented well, we were most concerned about the lack of professionalism of the servers. Forgetting part of our order (even though there weren't many people there) and above all a lack of discretion, we heard quite surprising comments obviously concerning another table whose meal lasted a little too long for the taste of 'one of the waiters. We quote "Go...go...so I can go home and sleep..." We let you enjoy it.

11/08/2023: Always visit this place when in Lille. Always good service, and tried out many dishes which are of excellent quality each and every one of them!
