15/12/2024: I come to this McDonald's from time to time and overall the experience is ok. However, from 10 p.m. onwards, it becomes really dismal, you are served old and cold burgers. The technique is to take the nuggets because they make new ones. This evening it's the last straw, I'm given fries with a stale taste, not even leaving McDonald's having tasted them I decide to come back and ask to give me fresher fries. The employee thinks I'm trying to get my fries refilled, which I partially ate (he didn't seem to be the poor guy). Finally his colleague has to explain it to him and tell him to give me news. He pretends to give me some new ones but gives me the same ones with an extra portion of fries that are just as old. I give up and leave, throwing away the fries. In the evening, it's systematically stories like this and very often disappointing. I won't go back there in the evening, in the end there are only fast food restaurants in this scum neighborhood so I have a choice.

12/09/2024: Salle propre, Service rapide et équipe très sympa, particulièrement à awa qui m’a servi ce midi. Le boxmaster épicé était très bon, par contre attention aux frites un peu chaudes.

09/09/2024: l endroit est bien placé, la nourriture es bonne dommage le service laisse a désirer , la serveuse derrière son comptoir a le sourir forcé , et pas motivé du tout , traine du pied prend tout son temps d'une lenteur impressionnante !

19/12/2024: Nous avions commandé des biscuits et cupcakes pour notre goûter de Noël d'entreprise. À la réception, le jour J, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il n'y avait pas la bonne quantité de gâteaux, parfois même d'autres gâteaux que nous n'avions pas commandé. En contactant le service client, nous avons été étonné que notre interlocutrice s'agace de la situation en nous précisant que "nous n'avions plus de ci alors on vous a mis plus de ça, quand même". Aberrant d'être à la limite de se faire remonter les bretelles en tant que client alors qu'il relève du bon sens de nous prévenir en amont qu'il n'était plus possible de nous livrer la commande dans son entièreté... Professionnalisme très douteux, gâteaux qui le sont, par ailleurs, tout autant. Très mauvaise expérience.

05/11/2024: If I could give a 0 I would have done it, I dream I took a menu with a bacon Burger, fries with cheddar and bacon and a fuzetea to take away. I ordered in the restaurant in Rosa Parks located in LE PARKS Nice surprise when I look at what I got, I had an icetea instead and normal fries €16.40 anyway we pay €1.50 to have cheddar fries to have normal fries and not good at all. I am very disappointed, I had a very good experience a year ago and it is getting worse. I didn't even eat the fries because they were so horrible. It wasn't even fries but pieces of fries frankly Plus the incompetent staff who speak badly, and they don't seem to want to work.

27/05/2024: You can find it almost everywhere in the world, such as in Paris. This place has 2 floors and you must attend to self-service screens and then they bring your order to the table. Very good food. Almost all stalls have outlets to recharge your electronics.

04/08/2024: Passing through Paris with a long journey of 2 hours of walking during the Olympics what a joy! To fall on it We had the street pack menu with a crazy Courchevel burger! We will come back on our return

01/08/2024: The chicken in our burgers was raw!! The cook apologised and made new ones. Unfortunately one was still a bit raw when they got served the second time. The fries were good but the chicken (aside from being raw) only covered half the burger and the one that was cooked didn't taste very good. Waste of money and health hazard, hoping we don't get sick from it.

20/09/2024: Arrival at 6:15 a.m. no opening, after 10 minutes I dared to ask if an opening was planned... misfortune... aggressive manager "Ben" because I dared to knock on the window when it would be so much easier to put up a sign... there must be 2 of them to open according to him except that when his colleague arrives at 6:30 a.m. he still doesn't open... advice wait until 7 a.m. and go to the nursery or to Passage du Havre at 7:30 a.m. where the welcome is great... As for the "manager", enrolling him in customer sales training becomes urgent, especially since he has difficulty putting 3 words together without being aggressive and haughty... managing is something you learn and you are really the counter-example of this what should not be done...

03/09/2024: A former regular, I must say that I was quite surprised by the drop in quality. In all honesty it wasn't good. I don't know how many times the fries had already been cooked but they were made of cardboard. As for the burger, it really wasn't great. The place was just dirty and in the end I was happy to get out of the restaurant. I won't go back there again, there are better offers elsewhere in Paris.

01/09/2024: We really liked Hank Burger before and we went there every time we visited Paris. Unfortunately this time, the spicy burger with samurai sauce with the vegan “Double Smack” patty was really bad: The soft bun, the burger with no taste except for the chili. The burger was falling apart as it was crushed. A real disappointment compared to before. The service was without a smile, without warmth, without interest. Our table was dirty and the condiment jars were greasy and sticky. We won't come back again. The three stars are because of the fries which are still good and the country burger which was still good, even if the bread was decomposing, without holding up.

30/10/2023: Une ambiance typique, une très jolie décoration, des mets délicieux et généreux ! Un délice pour le palet ! Un personnel aux petits soins.

10/07/2025: At 7:00 am, it was written that the store is open. I went all the way for the coffee in a tight time before my meeting, they told me that it is not open, it is 7:15 indeed. Giving a coffee shouldn’t be that hard! Dear Starbucks Manager at the opera, Correct your working hour.

01/09/2024: Nice atmosphere, welcoming staff, but really not great burger, an addition of ingredients that look wow on the menu but it's difficult to eat, cold breads and raw vegetables and it's sorely lacking in sauce.
