20/09/2024: Arrival at 6:15 a.m. no opening, after 10 minutes I dared to ask if an opening was planned... misfortune... aggressive manager "Ben" because I dared to knock on the window when it would be so much easier to put up a sign... there must be 2 of them to open according to him except that when his colleague arrives at 6:30 a.m. he still doesn't open... advice wait until 7 a.m. and go to the nursery or to Passage du Havre at 7:30 a.m. where the welcome is great... As for the "manager", enrolling him in customer sales training becomes urgent, especially since he has difficulty putting 3 words together without being aggressive and haughty... managing is something you learn and you are really the counter-example of this what should not be done...

28/08/2024: I strongly advise against this McDonald's, I had one of the worst experiences of my life there. During my visit, two people at the cash register (those who call the orders) were extremely rude. In my Maxi Best Of menu, I only had 9 potatoes. I kindly explained the problem, but they refused to give me any more. I had to argue with them for a long time, while they spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, so that they ended up only adding 3 more potatoes. As if that wasn't enough, the reception manager came to tell me that if I wasn't happy, I had to leave. I understand it's a fast food restaurant, but this situation was far from professional. I sincerely hope that management will take this comment into consideration and do what is necessary to improve this team which clearly lacks respect and professionalism. McDonald's to avoid!

23/08/2024: The food is good, but the toilets are really not that good. A stupid token system, it's better not to have a pressing desire otherwise it's already in the pants No paper, very dirty toilets.. I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the toilets

03/09/2024: A former regular, I must say that I was quite surprised by the drop in quality. In all honesty it wasn't good. I don't know how many times the fries had already been cooked but they were made of cardboard. As for the burger, it really wasn't great. The place was just dirty and in the end I was happy to get out of the restaurant. I won't go back there again, there are better offers elsewhere in Paris.

01/09/2024: We really liked Hank Burger before and we went there every time we visited Paris. Unfortunately this time, the spicy burger with samurai sauce with the vegan “Double Smack” patty was really bad: The soft bun, the burger with no taste except for the chili. The burger was falling apart as it was crushed. A real disappointment compared to before. The service was without a smile, without warmth, without interest. Our table was dirty and the condiment jars were greasy and sticky. We won't come back again. The three stars are because of the fries which are still good and the country burger which was still good, even if the bread was decomposing, without holding up.

22/08/2024: Usually I am rather tolerant but there are limits. This morning I ordered a hot chocolate and a croissant at the Mac café. The chocolate was barely warm and the croissant was not cooked inside. Do you want to poison us or what? 😧

25/09/2024: My experience at this establishment was extremely unpleasant. The staff was rude and discourteous. I placed a small order consisting of Fanta, potatoes and a cheeseburger, and was made to wait for half an hour, despite the fact that there were only 5-10 people in the room. When I contacted the cashier about the slow service, I was told that my order was not in the database, although I showed the receipt. After a long wait, I finally received my order, but the food was cold and tasteless. When I asked for a complaint book, I was refused and insulted. I was also denied access to the toilet, claiming that I did not have a receipt, which I was forced to hand over at the checkout. After long negotiations with the cleaner, I was able to get into the restroom, where two German teenagers with dilated pupils emerged from one stall, and after them there was an unpleasant chemical smell in the toilet. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and do not recommend visiting it.

25/09/2024: It's 15 years since I last had one. They haven't improved 🤮. Machines to order food need a good review. Not speedy at all for C21st

18/12/2024: For years now I have been coming to this Starbucks in the morning. On Monday I was refused the 10% reduction because the waiter considered that my workplace was too far away (on the other side of the street), a reduction which gave me has been applied for years. Moreover, since the team changed, the smiles have also disappeared (not all) the schedules are not respected, in short the pleasure of the morning has disappeared.

14/12/2024: The young girl at the checkout was smiling, but there was a disaster. Nonchalant, she was obviously disturbed. Deplorable service

15/09/2024: Great atmosphere, a crazy evening with the friends. I recommend without lesbian, the room driver is great! Go ahead, one of the most famous gastronomy in the French capital. Wallah, I loved it. My Castel-Renaudais origins were surprised by the enthusiasm and welcome that we received. Small negative point however for the hasty dismissal. Big up to Calogero all the same.
