21/05/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at Ralph’s in Paris on May 2026. The restaurant is located behind the small Ralph’s coffee shop by their official Boulevard Saint‑Germain store and offers a charming mix of classic elegance and modern comfort. The historic building and beautifully maintained terrace create a wonderful atmosphere. The food was excellent - we enjoyed the tuna tartare and carpaccio as starters, and grilled salmon and filet mignon as main corse, paired with glases of Vouvray and Volnay. Everything was perfectly cooked and prepared. However, the highlight of the evening was the service. Every staff member we met was warm, professional and genuinely attentive. You can feel they truly care about making your visit memorable. You can make a reservation two months ahead, but it fills up verry fast. If it is fully booked, try several days later again, it’s absolutely worth the effort. We will definitely return.

11/07/2026: The food was disgusting, overcooked, and tough. For a McDonald's, the standards are low, but wow... And the cleanliness? Don't even get me started. Even the tables were dirty.

30/06/2026: During the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival), I went to this restaurant to use the restroom. I was told I had to make a purchase to access it. As a regular customer of this chain, I was very surprised by this practice, which I experienced as a forced purchase. I understand that an establishment may reserve its restrooms for its customers, but given the particularly busy evening, I would have appreciated more understanding or at least more respectful communication. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my opinion of this establishment. I hope that management will take this type of feedback into account in order to improve customer service.

10/02/2026: Please note, this restaurant is closed and currently for sale. The problem is that the reservation was still open, and we only realized this once we arrived… I hope my review will help prevent similar incidents and prompt Google to update its listing.

04/02/2026: I booked for two years with my boyfriend, and they even asked me to reconfirm. We arrived and it was closed. Very disappointed.

02/07/2026: It's not the same quality as before. I've known Berko since its beginnings, and the owners are no longer the same, nor is the quality of the ingredients used: very little choice and very expensive for the price. The cakes are ordinary and cheap, just like the packaging.
