02/07/2026: A wonderful discovery on Rue du Montparnasse. The atmosphere is truly warm and welcoming, and we had a very pleasant time. The portions are generous and delicious. I particularly appreciated the detail of the paper placemats featuring a detailed map of Argentina. It's an original touch that perfectly captures the spirit of the place. A place to remember for those who enjoy a friendly atmosphere.

30/06/2026: Well, it's one of the best restaurants in Paris. I ordered a ribeye steak, and it was cooked to perfection. It came with a delicious salad and classic potatoes, which, of course, were a must. The dessert blew me away—a spectacular dulce de leche ice cream. It's hard to find something this good in this city. But without a doubt, the best part of the night was the waiter's friendliness and warmth. I've never received such excellent service. Everything arrived promptly, he was always attentive to the table, and his recommendations were perfect—a ten out of ten. Thank you.

21/03/2026: Discovered this restaurant tonight with my partner. We were genuinely surprised, but in a good way. The chicken colombo was absolutely divine. A real treat. And don't even get me started on the sweet potato cake. With its delicate chocolate sauce. Mmmmmm! I'd go back in a heartbeat.

07/07/2026: This was flop for us. We walked in and there was no AC and plenty of flies at the bar. We had quick drinks (which we didn't finish) and got out of there. The bar tender was friendly.

30/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at "Carioca". The caipirinha is always delicious, the feijoada flavorful, and the grilled meat very tender. The staff is friendly and attentive; thank you to the whole team.

24/05/2026: The restaurant is very noisy, but the decor is quite elegant. As for the food, it's not good value for money. The meats are good, that's for sure, but for half the diners, their cooking preferences weren't respected. I, for example, had half a chicken, part of which was cold inside. The side dishes of new potatoes or sweet potato mash are very meager, and the chef adds a lot of green salad to create the illusion of generous portions. The Patagonian wine is very good, but still, €39 a bottle. Furthermore, there was a mess during service; half the plates arrived 25 minutes after the first ones, and we had to give the waitress back the dishes that had been ordered. Overall, a very mixed impression for a bill of over €500 for eight people.

09/07/2026: Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Until it came time to pay, we wanted to pay with holiday vouchers, as indicated on the website chèquevacance.org! And then the owner told us it wasn't possible! He had apparently asked to be removed from the site, but it hadn't been done. The problem is, we customers aren't supposed to know this. So, a little advice: it would be good to indicate this on the front of your restaurant. At least customers wouldn't be misled, and it would prevent ruined meals. What a shame! If you plan to pay with holiday vouchers, don't be fooled...
