06/04/2025: Ordered a takeaway pizza, dirty waiting hall. The cook does not have any outfit for making pizzas but a beach outfit, not hygienic at all. Does not wash your hands after cashing out or after greeting one of your colleagues and makes pizzas.

30/03/2025: After ordering 9 dishes and finding a hair in 2 of them, being served a salmon steak with fries worthy of a children's menu and having had very fatty meat, we mentioned it to the waitress who told us that she would take note of it and advised us to talk about it at the counter. Once at the counter, we mentioned these points, to which we replied: "if you are not happy, you just have to stop coming." What a lack of respect towards customers who come quite regularly. This ultimately reflects the lack of professionalism and humanity of this establishment.

20/12/2025: After leaving Rethel 6/7 years ago, I went back yesterday, feeling nostalgic. We decided to go to Kervan, a place I really liked during my high school years. We went there very often and loved it. But last night was a different experience. We arrived in large numbers (13) without a reservation. We were seated, and after being seated, we were repeatedly lectured, being told curtly that we should have made a reservation (we're talking about a kebab, remember, I didn't expect to set foot in a Michelin-starred restaurant). True, but in that case, why were we accepted and seated? If we had been told it wasn't possible without a reservation, we would have gone elsewhere; there was no problem with that. But they accepted us and then were rude throughout the meal, repeatedly insisting that we should have made a reservation in a very curt and unpleasant tone. Following this, we ordered our meals. The service was quick, however, my daughter's drink was missing and only arrived at the end of the meal. My brother ordered grenadine syrup, which arrived without water. We had to ask for a pitcher of water, a request that seemed complicated since the waitress gave us a displeased look. The pitcher of water (lukewarm) only arrived halfway through the meal. My brother, having asked for a plate of fries because he wasn't very hungry, was served a plate of kebab. When he told the waitress that this wasn't what he had ordered, she froze in front of us for several seconds as if she Was she waiting for him to change his mind and eat his kebab plate to please her? Then she retorted, "I wrote down kebab plate," then turned on her heel and left without a word. When the waitress brought our plates, she smacked one of them in my daughter's face and said, "Watch out, darling." She didn't even apologize or ask if she was okay. As for the food, I was very disappointed. The kebab had no taste whatsoever. Six or seven years ago, it was delicious, but now the quality has drastically declined. I've never eaten such a bland kebab in my life, a taste comparable to frozen kebab from the supermarket. The bread tore everywhere; it was almost impossible to eat without getting it all over yourself. Even with all the effort in the world to hold it together, it offered no resistance. The price would be reasonable if the kebab and service were of good quality, but that's definitely not the case. Very disappointed, I'm not likely to set foot in that place again anytime soon.

29/10/2025: Good overall, but very disappointed by the cook who went out for a smoke and then went back to prepare the kebabs without washing his hands.

26/01/2026: Booked around 1 p.m., no problem, very welcoming phone reception, excellent service, good food, all served with a smile 😃 😊. I'll be back 👍

31/12/2025: I give it 5 stars because the pizza was delicious. The price and service were also good. I highly recommend it.

06/07/2025: Contrôle sanitaire... On arrive à 3 mais un seul passe suffit... Critique le Mc Do alors que la personne y travaille... Je sais que ce travail n'est pas évident, mais pour autant le recrutement doit vraiment être plus pro. Attention, cela ne concerne pas tout le staff évidemment. L'autre personne nous donnant notre sac a été tout le contraire de la personne de l'accueil...

06/07/2025: I agree with all the previous comments, and I'm sorry to read that these were made months ago and that after our visit today, NOTHING has changed. At 5:30 p.m., just as the big shift was supposed to start, the floor was dirty, the toilets in a deplorable state, the toilet paper holder hanging off, preventing you from sitting down, no soap, paper on the floor, a dirty sink, nothing clean. As for the food, soggy fries, a cold, dry hamburger... Also, the incessant noise, beeping, machines... The general condition of the establishment surprised us given the number of workers in the kitchen!?! In short, it's definitely the worst McDonald's I've been to so far... Too bad for us! I hope you can raise the bar because I see that the majority of the comments are about the same issues.
