30/08/2025: A great place to spend some quality time at the bottom of the slopes. It's nice in summer because it's quieter and more airy than in Ax. On the other hand, when you order a rib-eye steak, you'd rather not get a low-priced one. It's not great. It's not the same price. But otherwise, a warm welcome.

27/08/2025: Terrible service, customer-oriented. The waiter made us wait for 3/4 hour, without even offering us a drink, waiting for a table to become available before seating 3 customers who had just arrived... Incredible!

02/03/2026: The food is good and plentiful. The servers are quite generous with the portions, which is great. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I recommend it!

30/10/2025: This place is very special. The food is good and reasonably priced. However, if you order a flank steak, you might get an entrecôte, or vice versa. Sometimes the wait to be served is very long, but it's worth it. The place is superb, the owner is really friendly, and I've ALWAYS been surprised when it came time to pay: it was always cheaper than I expected! It's also great for children who can play safely nearby. I've even had the chance to get some exceptionally high-quality cuts of meat. It's all a matter of luck. Every time I'm in Ax-les-Thermes, I always make sure to stop by. The rooms are nice too...

03/03/2026: A fantastic find at Casa Mauricio! We're not from around here, so stumbling upon a little restaurant like this for our lunch break (we're construction workers in the area) was a real treat. The welcome was incredibly warm; we immediately felt at ease, like we were at home. And most importantly… the food was delicious! The portions were generous, beautifully prepared, and the quality was definitely there. Honestly, a very pleasant surprise. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

26/02/2026: When we're in Ax-les-Thermes, we go to this restaurant where the food is very good, the waitresses are very friendly, and the decor is lovely. Easy to get to from the Couloubret baths!

08/03/2026: Very disappointed. We came a few years ago and had a wonderful time. Not this time. For a rather high price, we ordered our main course and dessert à la carte (there was no set menu). The Azinat, the specialty, was supposed to be three meats (a small piece of smoked sausage, a duck leg, and what was supposed to be pork, I found a piece of bacon... In short, a vegetable stew (very good, but very expensive for what it was). My wife had the chocolate mousse for dessert, as she was sick all night.

08/06/2025: Pizzas ordered in advance, however, a slight disappointment in terms of size/price ratio: we ordered a large one but it was the size of a classic pizza and cost €13 each. The pizzas were still good overall.

30/05/2025: Impeccable welcome, with a real smile, not the commercial smile that we sometimes encounter, 10 pizzas ordered last night and collected this lunchtime without waiting despite the crowd 👍👍

14/02/2026: There were 15 of us. The beers were good, but the platters weren't exceptional and were expensive. We were initially told it was too early for platters, even though it was 6:30 pm on a Saturday in peak season. Finally, after paying, we were informed that a bottle of Coke was missing, which was a problem because they were returnable... Sorry, we probably moved the empty bottles to another table that hadn't been cleared to make some room. It's unbelievable to bother people who spend over €100 for a lost empty Coke bottle!
