12/09/2024: The best pizza! Lovely crust and fresh ingredients. I asked for very little cheese and they were so accommodating and service was excellent too. The waiter was very friendly!

09/09/2024: Plus assez de vin rouge pour toute notre table, et puis le vin rouge servi est médiocre et chaud. Les pizzas sont moyennes et la salade a une sauce bizarre.

14/09/2024: Manager allows himself an odious response which says a lot (in addition to not doing great cooking). I'll let you see it in a screenshot. Basically: the restaurants in Carcassone, I said, are obviously rated by people who know little about cooking and are not very particular about their food; therefore be wary of the very good Google averages which reflect correct establishments and nothing more.

03/09/2024: Basically, if the customers have children, I would tell you that they won't eat anything because there is only adult food. Girl, better go to a fast food restaurant. (After eating at this restaurant, I went to a fast food place because I was still hungry.) Well, in general, food in France is not that good, so it’s understandable that we weren’t very lucky. People who are vegetarian or vegan don’t have many options in this restaurant as there’s nothing for them. I don't know if drinking wine or some kind of soft drink in the middle of the service is very normal, or maybe it's typical in France Idk. I understand that you might be thirsty, but I’ve never seen this in any other restaurant I’ve visited. I think it shows a lack of respect towards customers. I personally wouldn’t go back because of the lack of variety, quantity, and service. What I can say is that the place was quiet, which is always a good thing.

17/10/2024: Saveur des plats bien présentés. Bon vin, même celui servi au verre. Personnel accueillant, sympathique et attentif. Toilettes propres. Oui oui. Bon rapport qualité-prix . Je changerais juste les fourchettes... Nous reviendrons.

26/09/2024: Estábamos caminando junto a este café durante la hora del almuerzo mientras paseaba por Carcasona y fuimos recibidos por una señora que estaba sirviendo una casa llena. Elegimos una mesa afuera para ver pasar el mundo y la señora fue más que servicial explicando lo que era la Plat du Jour. La comida (me gustó un Tartare de Boeuf y mi compañero Salade de Fromagerie) ) y el vino era excelente. El servicio era maravilloso y el propietario vino cuando habíamos terminado para preguntar si todo era de nuestro agrado que, sin duda, era. Nuestro almuerzo estaba bien - precio y vale la pena cada centavo. La gente que miraba era buena, ya que la ciudad cobró vida después del almuerzo Bien recomendado a cualquiera que visite Carcasona
