29/08/2024: Good food, maybe not enough garnish for the dish but the dessert is very, very good, the service and the acuille are very good, we were very well received, I recommend if you are looking for a good little restaurant in Carcassonne.

13/12/2023: Le personnel de la pizzeria est très sympathique. Le service est très rapide et les pizzas biensur sont très bonnes.

13/12/2023: On commande régulièrement via internet et pas seulement les mardis !! Quand le site propose 1 bouteille de coca pour 1 pizza acheté. Ben Carcassonne n'applique pas l'offre promotionnelle du mois de décembre !! Pourquoi ?? Carcassonne ne fait pas non plus les 2 jours par semaine de pizza à 7,99 €. Super !!! La livraison n'est pas pas possible chez nous ... Pourtant on est qu'à 7 kms de là. Finalement on est pas bien lotis à Carcassonne !!! Dommage le service est sympa. Les pizzas sont bonnes mais nos salaires ne suivent plus.... Essayez d'être un peu plus commerçant en appliquant plus d'offres proposées sur le site !!!

04/08/2024: Order Uber eat. The delivery guy calls me to tell me that they don't have the ingredients to make a royale! And what's more, they don't know how to cancel the order... The delivery man is stuck, I don't have meals for my two children. I cancel the order on Uber eat to free the delivery person, I will be billed. And obviously they don't answer the phone even though they are open...

04/08/2024: Order on site, served with a smile despite the rush of service this evening. The pizzas were good and well stocked! I recommend.

13/09/2024: There were 8 of us seated around a round table, a very friendly moment. Lots of choice for dishes.

09/09/2024: After payment I ask for an invoice because I found the amount quite high but unfortunately nothing is precise I am only excluding tax and VAT After that we go to the plates, they are all very poorly cleaned! Foods that are dry Only thing good is the drinks I don't recommend this restaurant, I expected better!

14/09/2023: We spent a few days in the pmr chalets. Fairly dilapidated chalet in need of a good renovation. Chalet for disabled people no device in the bathroom to be able to take a shower! Damaged dishes. Outdated and outdated furniture. No air conditioning. We have a feeling of abandonment. Magnificent swimming pool but no facilities for swimming. It’s a shame because the pitches are very wooded.

17/08/2023: Pour commencer quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons eu peur en vu de l'endroit où est situé le camping ! (Zone en ville à l'abandon...) Ensuite arrivée à l'accueil on nous dit gentiment qu'il n'y à aucune réservation à notre nom (réservation faite 1 mois a l'avance je précise) Car quand on réserve sur LEURS site en réalité c'est sûr une plateforme qu'il ne gère pas la blague ! ( Tellement logique) L'homme a l'accueil rigole en nous disant a ça c'est pas cool !! Comment dire un week end du 15 août avec deux enfants après 500 km non j'ai pas envie de rigolé !! Après deux trois coup de téléphone passé pour nous trouvé un autre logement bien sûr rien du tout !! Après une heure de passé nous sommes parti pour essayer de trouver un endroit pour dormir chose ultra compliqué étant donné que tout est complet sans bien évidemment y laisser un SMIC ! Le camping devait nous appeler dès qu'il avait quelques chose pour nous ... J'attends toujours leur appel !! Ils appellerons certainement pour l'année prochaine !! C'est honteux !!!!

21/09/2024: Staff just not interested, too busy smoking, chatting with her friends and drinking Baileys. Ordered mojito, although on the menu..just non, no alternate cocktail offered. Fries greecy and dry, crique moiseur dry and tasted like something from a microwave. Not good at all!

14/09/2024: Plats basiques pour touristes. Service bien assuré par les serveuse. Patron inexistant et désagréable qui n a pas daigné nous parler. Nous avons tenté de récupérer un livre de randonnée sur le chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. Malgré lui avoir laissé un petit mot sympathique sous la porte du restaurant, et avoir téléphoné trois fois, il n’a jamais dénié nous rappeler nous répondre et au mieux nous renvoyer le livre qui nous a fait défaut pendant les 15 jours de pèlerinage. Je déconseille bien sûr à tous les pèlerins de passage à Carcassonne.

15/12/2024: We have eaten very well. The typical Carcassonian food, thecasoulete, was delicious and the owners were very friendly and helpful. They try to speak in Spanish. We recommend it!!!

15/12/2024: We ate very well and very good. They treated us in a very pleasant way and adapted to our requests. In the end they put us in with the coffee (4 people €12) because they said that the coffee included in the menu was without milk and we asked for it with milk. Nobody informed us at the time of requesting it. GOAL!!

19/05/2024: A friend told me that it was great there but unfortunately it has been closed for a while due to technical problems and there is no reopening date. I hope it reopens. I want to discover

07/09/2024: I ate the most disgusting kebab of my life. The meat tastes weird and way too salty. Also when I arrived the meat was already cut and not on the spit, they just reheated it on the grill. Same for the fries, they were cold and they were reheated in the fryer but they were overcooked and inedible. I wanted to please my children but they didn't even eat the kebab or the fries. Result €27 for 3 takeaway sandwiches thrown in the trash
