12/09/2026: Disappointed by this change… Since the owner changed, it's clearly not the same pizzeria anymore. The pizzas are much less topped than before, with very few ingredients, and above all, they're dry. It's a shame, because it used to be a place I liked. I hope the quality and generous portions of the pizzas will return, because right now, it's quite disappointing.

03/10/2026: Good evening, I'm Mr. Moustache, and I've been coming to your establishment since 2017, perhaps not as regularly as some people, and I completely understand that. However, tonight I feel a slight injustice has occurred. I fully understand that the bouncers, whom I respect immensely, might want to support their new colleagues or recruits. But my friend and I genuinely felt a sense of injustice regarding the behavior of a few young men who, it seems, take liberties simply because they are soldiers of the 3rd RPIMa. I want to make it clear that I don't hold a grudge against anyone, except for this situation and the way it unfolded. I am, of course, open to discussing this with you if you wish. I wish you, and everyone else who comes to enjoy the establishment, a pleasant evening nonetheless. I simply hope that everyone can have a good time while respecting others, regardless of age or status. Have a good evening.

07/06/2026: The waitresses are barely friendly, and I'm dismayed that they serve the cakes with their bare hands, without gloves, while handling the money, which is a source of germs! Aside from that, the pastries are very good.

18/10/2026: While visiting Carcassonne, we stopped at this restaurant for a family meal. When it came time for dessert, I checked online reviews to see what the establishment was like. We ordered two cassoulets, onion soup, and duck breast. The first three courses were very good, and we were quite satisfied. However, I was disappointed by the duck breast, which was too small and had a rather unusual sauce. Furthermore, a portion of fries was missing; the waiter only noticed at the end of the meal. I pointed out that it wasn't a big deal since I had finished, but the woman who was watching us (perhaps the owner?) added a comment, claiming that the soup was already quite sufficient. The place is nice and quiet, but the atmosphere is less so. I agree with several other reviews: you get the feeling you're not in the way and that the staff don't seem to get along. We felt like we were bothering them by asking them to close the door, even though it was cold and we were seated right next to the entrance. It was okay for the price, but the welcome and atmosphere weren't quite up to par. A shame! Hopefully, they can improve based on the numerous positive reviews, as it would be a pity to see such a lovely establishment decline.

10/10/2026: 2.6/5 based on 504 reviews… I understand why now! This is the first time in my life I've been received this way in an establishment. We went to the reception desk simply to have a drink, and a gentleman told us they were closed because he was tired! I can understand that fatigue can be a factor, but that in no way justifies such a lack of consideration for customers. Politeness and professionalism are, after all, the foundation of welcoming the public. A truly astonishing experience, which obviously doesn't make us want to return. Fortunately, we walked a few more meters and found an establishment where the service was up to scratch! It just goes to show that sometimes a few steps are all it takes to go from a deplorable welcome to a warm and professional one. A real shame for this establishment, which could have gained many more customers!
