28/02/2026: Passing through Limoux, we had dinner there. Two ordinary burgers accompanied by a local wine made for a mixed experience. The welcome wasn't very warm. The price was excessive. Disappointing.

24/02/2026: Excellent risotto, a very professional waitress, a good place to eat.

10/12/2025: Following my lunchtime order at the kiosk, no sauce was added, even though it was ordered and paid for. Really very disappointed. The order really needs checking, especially since it was placed at 11:30 am. So, no one was there and they weren't busy at all. Really very disappointed and definitely avoid this place.

17/01/2026: A very well-located hotel and restaurant in Limoux, with owners and their niece who take excellent care of their guests. That's worth its weight in gold.

18/11/2025: Lunch break today. The staff were friendly, pleasant, efficient, and easygoing. And the set menu far exceeded our expectations. It was really good. All at a price that can't be beat. We'll definitely be back to try the menu next time 😉 See you soon!

25/12/2025: The hotel is unrenovated and unrefreshed, with peeling paint that's practically falling into the coffee. The room was 5°C upon arrival; turning on the heat before the guest arrives would be appreciated for the price. The service was unmotivated... if you no longer enjoy your job, you might as well change careers to find happiness. The room itself was decent and pleasant despite the freezing cold, a novel experience, a night in an igloo. Parking is a nightmare... if you enjoy hiking, drive to the hotel; the walk will be a pleasant way to digest and explore. If you want a delicious breakfast, supplement it at the local bakery; unfortunately, the ghosts that haunt this manor eat breakfast before the guests.
