22/07/2026: A very pleasant place. The service is impeccable. The whole-grain bread in the morning is truly excellent; I didn't particularly like the sea bream sauce, which was a bit too acidic for my taste. But the ingredients used are excellent.
And of course, I will definitely return and I recommend it.
16/07/2026: From the appetizer to the dessert, it was delicious.
The server was efficient, very friendly, and offered excellent wine recommendations.
The patio with its fountain creates a charming atmosphere.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

19/07/2026: A wonderful discovery this Sunday at lunchtime. What a pleasure to be welcomed by such smiling and kind people.
Special mention for the meats; the duck breast with porcini mushrooms and the lamb skewer were delicious.
We will certainly return to try other dishes on this menu, which all looked so tempting.

30/06/2026: We ate on the terrace in the center of the square on a very hot summer day and the temperature was perfect. The waitress was incredibly professional and attentive, speaking to us in both Spanish and English, and she was very accommodating regarding food intolerances and allergies, which was much appreciated. The food was all excellent, the set menu was substantial, and the individual dishes were delicious. The marinated salmon was amazing, and the croquettes and yogurt mousse dessert were also very good. 100% recommended.

17/01/2026: A very well-located hotel and restaurant in Limoux, with owners and their niece who take excellent care of their guests. That's worth its weight in gold.

The staff were friendly, pleasant, efficient, and easygoing.
And the set menu far exceeded our expectations.
It was really good.
All at a price that can't be beat.
We'll definitely be back to try the menu next time 😉

25/12/2025: This is the second year in a row we've ordered yule logs. The first year it was supposed to be chestnut, but there weren't any. This year it's mandarin, but the mandarin is frozen. Furthermore, the cream is grainy, watery, and doesn't look very appealing. Very disappointed.
