20/04/2026: A charming setting overlooking a garden, excellent service, and quality products. Good value for money. The menu is limited, with only two choices per category, which can be a bit overwhelming. The desserts are superb.
17/04/2026: You can go there with your eyes closed, but keep your taste buds wide open!
The chef's passion shines through, and he takes the time to explain his choices. The food and wine pairings perfectly complement the dishes!
The pianist who performs on Thursdays adds another dimension (the auditory one).

Then you have to tap your own beer. You get a different beer at every table. What if you want a drink when there are people sitting there? Not for me... .
30/03/2026: A bar where my friends and I are regulars, the atmosphere is pleasant and the beer selection meets our expectations, the staff are very attentive, thank you to them!

27/06/2025: We came by coach from Argentan on Thursday June 26th, we found the meal delicious, the dancers nice, the service impeccable, the atmosphere nice, the staff nothing to say, the 2 boys great everything is top notch with you, nothing to complain about, keep it up.
17/06/2025: Very nice afternoon with the family and the children for my father's birthday, top service and meal, congratulations to the dancers and artists for this beautiful show. Thank you.

25/03/2026: Judging by the glowing reviews, no doubt left by friends, we were very disappointed by the welcome and service, but especially by the "food" served, even for a "pub"! It was pathetic... The mixed platters (served with stale bread from the previous day's customers) looked so appealing in the photos posted by other patrons. And what about the frozen fries with absolutely no taste or texture (any kebab shop makes much better ones!). Then we saw the bill... oh dear! :0

Poor value for money for me.
Fortunately, the service was discreet and friendly.

The decor is modern and welcoming.
The food and service were impeccable, and the owner was very friendly, taking the time to give us helpful tips for our stay in the area.

A warm welcome, and on the plate: delicious local flavors, especially if you enjoy meat. The setting and garden are lovely. The bill was more than reasonable. We will gladly return.

23/02/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant, thankfully, because the waiter is watching you closely, the food isn't always good, the hygiene needs improvement, and the first time you have to take your shoes off to go to the toilet, this restaurant is best forgotten.

I advise against going there.
I was fooled because the place seemed welcoming, but the quality is disappointing.

11/08/2024: This restaurant came recommended by a friend and they were spot on. A brasserie and Pizzeria in a lovely French village that punches above its weight. The service was excellent, and the food was superb. The pizzas are large, full of toppings and really fresh. Ice creams and deserts are to be enjoyed and ignore the calories. Excellent evening meal, very friendly staff, the service was excellent. Parking is easy, though for evenings booking is best.
