08/12/2025: The most beautiful tea room I know. We discovered it as a group of girls. We were very comfortable in a lounge upstairs. Beautiful vintage decor. The pastries and drinks are delicious and satisfying. The menu is very varied with lots of choices. The prices are reasonable.
The waitresses gave us a warm welcome. I highly recommend it.

11/11/2025: Wonderful atmosphere! It's the second time I've eaten here and it's always good. My friends had the fish if the day and my husband and I each had a steak, I wasn't impressed with the cut of steak because it was too thin and steaks should never be thin in my onion. I must point out that the last time I had a steak here it was incredible, so maybe I just ordered the wrong steak this time.

I had the Thai crab pie—I've never had anything like it! Super, super good! The man was also super friendly and kind, and all I want is to come home with this little souvenir! But psssst! An address to share only among very good friends!

09/03/2026: The place is nice. However, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to clean our table (one of the only ones that wasn't wet from the rain that day), and then we waited another 15 minutes for three crepes and two waffles... even though there were only five tables occupied.
The waffles were alright, but one of the crepes was cardboard-like.

03/10/2025: We went to the door after seeing the good reviews on Google. Once there, at 7 p.m., we waited more than 30 minutes: still closed. The hours are not indicated on Google or on the door (just "open lunch and dinner" without any details). We also called, without answer. Passing through La Rochelle, we were disappointed not to have been able to try it.

13/09/2025: At €9.60, the most expensive half-pint of IPA in the city center... For an industrial beer. The day before its permanent closure, there was a 45-minute wait before being served, a waitress who didn't remember the order, and Sophie who didn't even give a hand to her struggling employees... A bar closed in winter and therefore not participating in the life of the neighborhood... The only positive point on the menu are the micro-exhibitions and regular concerts, rare in the city.
A bar I won't miss! Have a good trip, Sophie!

28/08/2024: Très bel endroit, très belle vue, le service était parfait, personnel sympathique avec de l’humour malgré le restaurant rempli
Pour ce qui était des entrées et des plats, un délice, rien à redire

09/08/2024: La vue est juste magnifique, un petit havre de paix.
Le service est professionnel, et les propriétaires très agréables.
Les plats servis sont originaux et pleins de saveurs. La carte des vins est pleine de pépites.
Nous sommes locaux et avons l’habitude de venir à la cabane de la Patache, jamais déçus!

19/08/2024: Frites arrivees avant les moules,moules arrivees froide et emietter.Les moules ont etaient cuites et recuites d'ou l'aspect emietter.Quand ont a demander a nous les changer les suivantes etiaent intactes et chaude.entrecote froide avec plus de nerfs que de viande.le gout etaient infecter.
La reponse du personnel etait irrespectueuse.service pitoyable.notre fille n'a même pas eu son dessert compris dans le menu.
Je vous deconseille fortement ce restaurant
13/08/2024: Très déçue nous voulions prendre une table pour 10 ça nous a été refusée par la responsable soit disant pas gérable, je pensais qu elle blaguais mais non... elle n arrive pas à gérer niveau cuisine où service je sais pas. En tout cas les serveurs sont très sympas ils font bien leur travail. Bon courage à eux en tout cas 😕
