14/08/2026: A wonderful experience at Le Cercle, with attentive service and creative suggestions in the kitchen. The watermelon was a delightful surprise, and the sweetbreads were perfectly executed. The fish and tomato dishes were less to our liking, but the offerings were there. The reimagined lemon tart was a delight. Thank you.

12/08/2026: Excellent menu that deserves nothing but praise. A few suggestions: announce the dishes and their sides. The tomato starter was superb. Perhaps try enhancing the mousse's flavor with thyme or rosemary, as you do with the dessert. The sweetbreads were fantastic. Well done and thank you.

06/08/2026: At the end of July, we were on holiday in the region. Having eaten Savoyard and Swiss fondues before, we were recommended this restaurant to try the Comté cheese fondue. Wow, I think of the three fondues I tried, this was my favorite! The atmosphere and the taste were fantastic. It was sunny, over 30°C outside, and this fondue was perfectly cooked and digested. I hope to return to La Remise someday.

30/07/2026: A unique place worth discovering. The owner is very welcoming. The fondue is delicious. The flambéed coffee is a delightful way to end the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

05/08/2026: Extremely slow service and no smiles whatsoever. They seemed more interested in taking on more customers than in properly serving others. Very disappointed.

02/08/2026: Great experience! Although it's in a commercial area, the terrace is lovely, well-shaded and green, making you forget your surroundings! The food was very good, and the price was reasonable. The service was impeccable and friendly. Some tables for two were a little too close together; we felt like we were sharing with our neighbors. But this wasn't the case for all the tables. Thank you, we'll be back!

15/08/2026: Short weekend trip from Freiburg. My hotel recommended this grill and I'm absolutely thrilled. The people, the food, the taste, the presentation… everything was top-notch. 04/05/2026: After the fourth rib steak, the cut deteriorated significantly, with a huge bone visible on the third and fourth occasions. I must also mention the disgusting frozen matchstick fries. Homemade fries are much better elsewhere. Beware of the takeaway pizzas; they infuriated me. My neighbor had one at his table that was supposed to be a pizza, but it was very wobbly in the box. When I opened it, I found a pizza barely bigger than a dessert plate. I felt insulted, and despite having paid for it, I angrily abandoned it on a high chair. They shamelessly rip you off. I advise everyone against going to L'Olivier. Go somewhere else, even to the neighbor's place, which is renowned for its pizzas. L'Olivier is absolutely to be avoided.

24/08/2026: As a loyal customer for many years, I was very disappointed during my last visit to your establishment. The foie gras appetizer was inedible, far too salty, and the accompanying white bread was stale. As for my steak, my sharp knife struggled to cut through it. The dessert was excellent... Wait until early September when the regular cook returns from vacation and let the current one disappear.

21/08/2026: I'm a regular at this restaurant and have been here many times, but unfortunately, this last experience was a real disappointment. There were seven of us last week, and the service was particularly slow. Several of us had ordered a rare flank steak, but the meat arrived very rare. But the most disappointing thing was the attitude of the waitress who was taking care of our table on the terrace. Her welcome was very cold, and her behavior was truly unpleasant, to the point where we felt like we were bothering her. It's all the more unfortunate because I'm a regular customer and have always been in the habit of coming to this establishment. But after this experience, I unfortunately don't think I'll be going back.
