05/04/2024: I bought a sofa on IKEA with delivery service. Service billed at €65. The day of delivery arrived, they did not come. So I called the same day and was told: “sorry sir but the delivery people are no longer working”. It was 6 p.m.…. “Call back the next day.” I called back and they scheduled delivery for 10 days later. So you have to take leave twice…. For this delivery problem I was told that I was offered a €150 voucher in compensation. I'm still waiting for it since February 15. Every time I call I am given another version, once I have to wait 15 days, the other time it happens tomorrow, the next time no sir it's never overnight it's 15 days After. It's April 5th and still nothing. There's no point in pretending to be compensated if it doesn't do what you promised. I would think twice next time before buying from IKEA.

05/04/2024: 1 star for the store and the products. 0 stars for the Charlantoine delivery service. Order from March 5 with Delivery expected on March 10 postponed.. expected on March 18 also postponed... delivered on April 5 with beautiful, well damaged boxes that we couldn't even point out on the documents since they filed them before that I arrive and so as not to see the defects of the packages which have spent almost a month in the delivery truck. The only contact with the delivery people was "sign here here and here tick the box". They didn't seem happy even though they didn't respect the delivery times on the 3 deliveries.... It’s deplorable for a store like IKEA to take a “delivery” service that doesn’t deliver with a delay of almost 2 weeks for a new redelivery…

04/04/2024: We were there last night…very very disappointed. A picon beer served in a small glass and not in a beer glass (all our 25 cl glasses are broken..response from the waiter 😡), the mussels marinière not good at all, in our opinion not marinière except on the bill and in addition mediocre quality, the fries barely warm., in short we regret Léon de Bruxelles and we will not come back again!!!

03/04/2024: definitely avoid! Another tourist trap with extortionate prices and the worst thing is the employees. For them you simply don't exist, you're nothing to them, they don't care about you at all! We sat there and saw so many guests sitting next to us, waiting for 20 minutes and then leaving at some point because they simply weren't served!!! Unbelievable, I've never seen anything like this!! To top it all off, the waiters didn't even care! They didn't bat an eyelid and simply prepared the place for the next ones who then left again 😂 really a clown patrol this place. Then they want 27.50 for a brunch which was really worse and smaller than a simple hotel breakfast, there was almost nothing!!! Even the juice tasted like the cheapest sugar water. You must definitely avoid this place!

03/04/2024: Very warm welcome, very very good meal, the Munster shank is excellent, the cordon bleu is great, the zander fillet and the tarte flambée is great, I recommend 100%. We will definitely come back during our next stay in Colmar. Don't change anything, you're on top

27/01/2024: The restaurant is cozy and the food is ok, but we expected more, it was too simple "fusion", without any risk. Maybe a bit expensive for what you get and the owner seemed very uninterested in the customers. I see no reason to repeat. Good wine list and Japanese whiskey selection, but they don't have coffee.

30/12/2023: Delicious food, and superb wines (even if the white is sometimes served too cold). The tastes are refined, the pairings precise and tasty. For that alone, you have to eat there once. The quality-price ratio is questionable (quantities, accompaniment), but these are exceptional products. What hasn't been is the reception. Service relaxed, but almost too much; and yet a little distant (going and returning to the table a little hastily; it's good not to harass the customer, but asking about their wishes seems to me a good idea). The room smelled slightly of stale tobacco. When your nostrils are sharp, it's unpleasant; Fortunately it happened during the meal.

31/03/2024: To avoid a deplorable welcome from the employees, we communicated in a constructive manner to the owner who didn't care even more than his employees. I hope you will recognize me and I will put negative opinions where I can to help. so that other customers do not experience meanness from you or your employees
