05/04/2024: This restaurant is always on top. The food is good, the wine list is very interesting and the service is very pleasant. We go there regularly, when we can. Thanks to them for this consistency.

02/04/2024: Service errors, we bring the plates without cutlery, really very very average cooking, the lost brioche has to be dipped in sweetened beaten eggs before cooking to be able to call it that, what we got was a pan-fried brioche and it was really disgusting. The “béarnaise” that was served to me I call it a curry mayonnaise. Unforgivable given the prices displayed. So in the land of gastronomy you don't need to know how to cook to be a chef... Well done guys, great👌

11/03/2024: Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the homemade veal and meat kebab spits at Nora clearly the top 1 and 3 debatable with OKebs and Bonneville Kebab value for money in the department. Your order is prepared in 3 to 10 minutes which is efficient. homemade kebab meats loaded with burning and warming barbecue taste with well-dressed sauces. Large fries and very profitable kebab tacos with the maxi tacos starting at 12 euros off the menu with just 1 meat which is sufficient with the recommended choice of the meat kebab in short the atmosphere is there never disappointed

02/04/2024: We went to this restaurant, knowing the menu and the prices. We take a starter for two because it is quite expensive (12€) good but very small Then we take 1 dish each (25€) also very good but still hungry afterwards… So we kindly ask the waitress if it is possible to add a little quantity for our dessert (8€ per plate of cheese) she will ask the chef if it is possible, he replies: “yes we can you add a small piece of cheese from each (i.e. 3)” So we thank the waitress. So she brings us desserts, a plate of pineapples for €9.50 at the top and the long-awaited cheese > they make us believe that they had added cheese, even though they cut the pieces from the plate for us planned in 2…. In short we are going to pay, €83.50, I read the details of the bill > the cheese plate was charged €14 instead of €8! I contacted the restaurant again and was told that the €6 was added for the small pieces of cheese…! I'm outraged, even if it's only €6, it's the gesture I remember.... Damage

04/04/2024: Vert Lodge Chamonix hotel is about 20 minutes by foot from Aiguille du Midi and features a swimming pool, a shared lounge, and a pool table. This 2-star hotel is a good starting point to Chamonix's sports attractions, which is approximately a 25-minute walk away.

18/03/2024: Spent a week in chamonix, stayed here for 3 nights and came to bar on all the nights I was camping elsewhere. Amazing place, comfortable beds, really friendly staff, great breakfast, decent free coffee. When I visit chamonix again I'll definitely try get a room here again! Oh yeah and loads of awesome doggos!! Edit: came back to chamonix a month later and came to bar/eat here. Much busier and staff were still amazing and food was great.

07/03/2024: Great hotel, in a perfect location. Host was very hospitable and charming. Looked after us from start to finish. Rooms basic but very comfortable and clean.

21/02/2024: We booked the apartment to stay in and a couple of extra rooms and it was quite lovely. In the apartment there were two double bedrooms with a shower room, separate room for the toilet, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area where there was a sofa bed as well. And 2 balconies overlooking the mountains. There was a microwave, fridge, a stove and plenty of utensils, cutlery, plates and cups to use. It was also nice they provided with some salt and sugar. It was at some point quite cold, there was no thermostats around which was a downside. The triple room and the double room (not the apartment) we booked were quite small so something to bare in mind. The hotel was very close to the cable car to head up to the mountains where we could ski. And right next to the bus stop which headed down to the town centre, a bonus that it was free too. The owner spoke only French so there was a language barrier but he was very friendly and helped us out whenever we needed.

30/03/2024: A star for making us laugh, such a disaster that we thought it was a hidden camera show... No choice for the starter, nor for the main course, nor for the dessert, even the wine was no longer available. available... 60 minutes before the aperitif... Forgotten the bread service. Fish cutlery, we don't know what it is... Sad for these young people who are left to their own devices...

29/03/2024: A superb place above the lake…. Welcoming and efficient young people and a professional management team! Delicious meal… and great value for money! Not to miss !!

14/03/2024: Rude member of staff When I questioned her about the condition of my burger, she actually shouted at me. She said that they were very busy to busy to be able to manage. I couldn't understand why they would take a booking if they were not equipped for it. There were 10 of us . Although they couldn't care ,i would never go there and couldn't in any way recommend it to anybody. Further down the slope is a unpretentious called le lac by the lake. Great food, great service, great price, great staff. Michael O'brien.

25/02/2024: Lunar experience! Server/s far too familiar, borderline disrespectful and very unpleasant. Service much too long, quantity curiously minimalist compared to what you find elsewhere, even if the food remains correct. Addition too high in relation to the service and the quantity. We can't find ourselves there! Soulless factory that relies on their location. To sum up, no point!

10/03/2024: We had a very nice time. The Savoyard specialties were there and delicious. And the morel reblochonade… a killer; to test. We were also able to laugh with the team who took part in our laughter, jokes and always listened to best meet our expectations. In short… an extra moment with the family. Thanks to the team!

17/03/2024: Good Hotel. Located perfectly on the slopes. Delicious breakfast. The swimming pool with “a view” in particular is great!!

10/03/2024: Nice and sufficiently large rooms but a little old and in need of complete renovation. The whole structure needs to be modernized Exceptional location on the slopes

02/03/2024: Good kebabs with crispy bread and well-grilled meat. On the other hand, a tense welcome from Mr., annoyed, I think by the fact that I pay by card... Mrs. on the other hand very smiling, thank you. Fairly high price, €8 for pancake without fries and €7.50 for kebab without fries.

19/02/2024: Degolasse kebab, cold reception, not fresh meat, dirty place. bad smells, alcoholic and homeless waitress, place to avoid. Go to kebab king much better and clean.

31/03/2024: Not knowing this bar, I stopped by chance, seeing that there was an atmosphere. Whether passing through or used to it, you will be served with the same kindness and attention, a smile is present all the time. Don't come, that way there will be only one for me. Very reasonable price. Family atmosphere. Very clean place. Memorable old neighborhood. I will come back as soon as possible.

23/03/2024: Really awkward waiter (around 45-50 years old with glasses), we went there twice with 2 different groups of friends for a drink. The first time the waiter sighs, makes remarks, is rude. The second time we try to go back so as not to get a bad opinion, mistakes or bad days happen! :) Well again, still the same show! my friend asks for a glass of hot milk, he brings a glass of cold milk and complains when we ask him nicely if it is possible to heat it. And believe me, it was not second degree...

16/03/2024: We ate there this Friday lunchtime. Well received, pleasant welcome, and there were 4 of us plus 1 child, we all really enjoyed our meal. Accompanied by our dog who didn't bother us. We will come back without hesitation. Best wishes !!

20/11/2023: A little cold reception when ordering which improved during the service (customer having consumed on site). Cutlery and presentation could be better with a placemat? Price a little prohibitive (2 meats?) but hey.
