14/03/2024: Very happy to have experienced this restaurant during our winter vacation. We had a lot of fun having lunch there at midday between two slopes. The welcome and the service are great, always with a smile 😃 and what's more, he helps you sit at the table. The dishes change every day and they are very good for a very reasonable price. I recommend this establishment. Above all, don't change anything because it's so rare to be served with such kindness. Thank you very much because you made our stay even more pleasant and for us city dwellers in Paris that makes all the difference.

Very friendly welcome, both from the waitresses and the bartender.

Small downside: Aging swimming pool area, HS jacuzzi

11/03/2024: Very kind staff, a welcome like you don't find many anymore...
There is always a person at the reception not like the automated hotels you find everywhere.
Correct bedding, generous and varied breakfast.
All the equipment may seem "dated" but it is clean and the value for money for Annecy is more than correct.
Many thanks again and if I had to come back to Annecy I would go back there.

20/02/2024: Quite a surprising restaurant...
We made a reservation for 8 people, asking if there were any specialties from the region and when we arrived we were given the menu!
8 tartiflettes (knowing that 2 people could not eat them!!!).
Despite our complaints, we were not allowed to look at the menu or change dishes🤯.
Did they want to finish their stock?
Or did they abuse our youth?
As a customer we have the right to choose our meal.
I do not recommend this restaurant which abuses tourists.

We stayed at the La Cordee apartment complex in Chamonix in apartment 801. Nice apartment and complex but completely disturbing landlord who claimed damage to the apartment 5 days after we left. We did not cause the damage and despite arguing over this air bnb just decided to charged the money. No one could tell us what happened in the 5 days and if the apartment had been rented to someone else. Landlord is Barney and Kathryn and it seems they are just trying to take extra money when you move out.
11/12/2023: Magnificent residence with splendid view. Top services with spa, fitness room, underground parking (not insignificant especially in winter). 15 minutes walk from the center of Chamonix, ski lift not far away, beautiful hike to do in the surrounding area.

22/03/2024: We spent a memorable evening at La Pivote as a family. The warm atmosphere of the restaurant allowed us to sing accompanied by an accordionist and share unforgettable moments. The food was delicious, with local dishes that satisfied all members of the family. The service was also impeccable, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. A highly recommended experience for those looking for the perfect combination of good food, friendly atmosphere and family fun.
