12/09/2024: Pas la peine d'y aller pour le déjeuner. J'y suis allé une dizaine de fois, la moitié du menu n'est déjà plus disponible. De plus, Waffle doit vraiment faire attention au choix des serveuses.

06/09/2024: Toute la carte n’était pas dispo et serveuse hyper désagréable qui devrait changer de job. Je n’irais plus jamais au waffle factory Lyon part dieu

02/09/2024: Stranded here today (September 2, 2024). I was spoiled with a delicious vegan wine, risotto and mango-rhubarb crumble. The chef was nice and relaxed and occasionally chatted with acquaintances who passed by. I think that's nice to see. If I ever come to Lyon again, I will definitely come back!

22/08/2024: Stopped here for coffee and pastries. Was greeted with: 'I don't have time'. Not even a smile. Yet all tables inside were unoccupied... I appreciate that everybody can have a bad day. But I see others have posted comments reporting similar aggressive behavior from the owner/waiter here in recent weeks/months... Thus I am crossing this one off from our list of favorite vegeterian/vegan restaurants and coffee shops in the city. Gladly, there are several, more welcoming and friendly alternatives offering vegetarian or vegan options in Lyon today.

16/04/2025: Quality always there, a warm, pleasant welcome. A fresh and hearty meal, everything is homemade, the pizzas hmmm really excellent and the tuna steak as fresh as ever to finish with desserts that will delight even the most gourmands. I highly recommend this place, go there with your eyes closed.

09/08/2024: We were very well received given the late hour (11:30 p.m.). Very good service, nice presentation of the kebabs. The meat was very good (comments from my friends). For my part, I hadn't eaten a kebab for 8 years (since I became vegetarian) and the falafel one, a delight! You can go there, it’s very good 😊

12/08/2024: Parisienne de naissance, j’ai été séduite par la nourriture écossaise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 du Wallace de Lyon 5. Assiettes de grande qualité, copieuses et généreuses. 🍔🥓🥬🧇 Et le service est efficace et souriant. Je recommande chaudement cette adresse située dans le 5eme arrondissement de Lyon !!

14/07/2024: Serveurs arrogants, qui veulent me jeter dehors parce que je mangeais un croissant dans leur bar... alors qu en plus j etais sur le point de leur commander un plat ! On est finalement partis ailleurs, ce ne sont pas les bars et restos qui manquent autour.

15/04/2024: Un endroit calme et cosy pour profiter d'un moment en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Le repas était très bon, j'y retournerai sans hésiter pour déguster un autre plat de la carte, qui change en plus à chaque saison. Très bon rapport qualité/prix au niveau du menu.
