I had an excellent time there for 2 reasons. The first is that I arranged to meet my teenage friend there 33 years later and the second because it was good.

A good restaurant that we usually go to. A mountain atmosphere as we like it: when you enter, you almost think you are at the bottom of the slopes! We eat generous dishes, based on cheeses matured on site and visible from the room, in the glass maturing cellar. The service is great. Vegetarian options are available to enjoy with or without meat: thank you!

Ultra good, plentiful products. The little gentian at the end to make it digested. There was no more room for dessert.... The family welcome at the top. We lived well 😉

Le Chalet du Coucou

24/03/2024: Beautiful place facing the lake but too much waiting this Sunday, and our dishes were overcooked (duck breast and salmon)
23/03/2024: Very unusual and pretty restaurant. Very good food and very good value for money. A bit of a “good old fashioned” restaurant and it’s a pleasure to go to a restaurant like this
