14/06/2026: June 13, 2026, passing through Guise on our motorcycle, we decided to eat at McDonald's. Very bad idea! We placed our order at 4:05 PM, and the order receipt stuck to the tray showed it was ready at 4:11 PM. It was finally served at 4:21 PM with apologies for the delay... there were no more than 15 customers in the restaurant. The wrap was absolutely cold, the cheeseburger barely lukewarm, as was the fish burger. My wife took the wrap back and waited 5 minutes at the counter for an exchange. I then went in with the fries, which had become lukewarm, and the cheeseburger, which was finally cold. The service at the counter was unpleasant; the cheeseburger was open. The server told me she would replace everything but then brought me the cheeseburger again, barely lukewarm, repackaged in the same box, and the fries, still lukewarm. Just because we have gray hair doesn't mean we should be treated like idiots. In short, appalling service, unpleasant staff, and an overpriced meal of poor quality! We will avoid stopping in Guise from now on.

12/06/2026: Hair in the ice cream on Sundays, never the peanuts on the side, and some people are unpleasant except for staring at people and making fun of them.

12/03/2026: Incredible experience, it's very good, the service is excellent, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it.

25/02/2026: The person who usually cooks was absent. Especially if it wasn't him, run away! It was awful, overcooked even though we asked for it rare, NOTHING was good. Too bad, we're done with it.

24/05/2026: Hygiene leaves much to be desired; the table and floor were filthy, and the bin was overflowing…

16/05/2026: Absolutely terrible! We're from Belgium and we stopped here, and what a bad idea that was... The place was dirty, we waited forever to be served, even though we chose McDonald's hoping for quick service and an easy drive home. First and last time for us. We'll go somewhere else on our next trip.

05/06/2026: The worst restaurant ever! I called for delivery. The flyer said delivery started at €15. I wanted to order a Tasty Crousty (two meats) for €12 plus a chicken burger and fries for €8.50, totaling €20.50. He told me no, I'd get drinks with it. I said no, I have enough to drink at home. He said no, we don't deliver for two meals. I asked him what he meant, the delivery started at €15. He insisted I order an extra meal. I told him no, I wasn't going to order an extra meal when there were only two of us, and then he hung up on me. It's a disgrace! My son had liked it because we ordered two Tasty Crousty from them a few weeks ago, but you won't be seeing us again anytime soon. We'll go elsewhere, and believe me, I'm going to give you bad publicity because I certainly won't be recommending you to anyone I know. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Well, if I'm not the only customer, perhaps you need to rethink your approach, but don't worry, the other restaurants are getting your customers back. Thank you on their behalf...

11/05/2026: We went to this kebab shop as a family for the first and last time. The owner was very rude and extremely irritable, claiming he was tired but that wasn't the customers' problem; he should simply take early retirement. You shouldn't be hungry because the portions are tiny. Just because the establishment is 29 years old, it has to be more expensive than others. There are much better options on the street. I strongly advise against going to this establishment.

27/04/2026: One of the worst kebab experiences I've ever had. The quality is clearly catastrophic, and you can tell from the first bite. The staff were serving without gloves, and they even had hair in the kebab. The meat tasted questionable, the bread was frankly awful, and the fries were simply inedible, with a nauseating smell of old oil. It really feels like nothing is done to guarantee even a minimum level of quality. How can such an establishment still be open with such deplorable hygiene? Not to mention the owner, who is particularly unpleasant. Honestly, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of much better places. Don't waste your money here; you risk getting sick like my wife and I did.

05/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! This has become the worst kebab shop in St. Quentin! The meat is far too greasy, the fries are soggy, it looks like everything was reheated in the microwave. We asked for extras (cheese or sauce on the fries because there wasn't any) and they were forgotten... truly MEDIOCRE

25/05/2026: I ordered two large gourmet milkshakes and one large classic milkshake this evening. We were pleasantly surprised when we got home to find that the gourmet milkshake cups were only half full, while the classic one was completely full. Paying €4.40 for a gourmet milkshake that only contained the contents of a small classic milkshake seems outrageous to me. €12.70 wasted.
