27/01/2026: I've never seen a McDonald's so mediocre, both in terms of staff and service. It's like a brick wall, the staff are unfriendly, and there are always things missing from the orders. Seriously, run away! I go there regularly with friends, and it's always the same thing. And don't even get me started on the wait. Disappointed.
Learn to smile; it doesn't hurt. Otherwise, find another job.

05/02/2026: This is the first time I've seen a Savoyard-style American burger without steaks and onions, very few fries, and no sauce. In short, I strongly advise against it.
19/12/2025: I arrived alone at 9:05 PM and asked for a kebab to eat in. They told me no, even though they close at 9:30 PM. One employee was watching TV, another was on their phone, and the other two were busy... I could have eaten in less than ten minutes, so I ate it in the car. I won't be back.

19/02/2026: A Huber Heat order arrived in 15 minutes (great!), but all the meals had to be microwaved, not to mention the half-filled large fries and the Big Tasty without tomatoes. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

26/01/2026: A 45-minute wait for an order, and on top of that, it was wrong. I couldn't access my loyalty account, and no one was trying to help.
At reception, the employees' response was simply, "If you're not happy, tough luck."
Absolutely no professionalism, no sense of customer service. Waiting almost an hour for so many mistakes and such contempt is unacceptable. A very bad experience; I absolutely do not recommend this place.
19/01/2026: I've never seen such a slow drive-through. It took about 20 minutes between placing my order and picking it up, even though it didn't seem particularly busy. Very disappointing for a service that's supposed to be fast, especially at the drive-through.

16/09/2025: Having wanted to go to a bar for the first time, it was the worst experience of my life. I was looking for a place to go to the toilet and then consume. When I asked if I could use the toilet, I was faced with an angry person telling me to go somewhere else, saying that it wasn't for that (he didn't know that I also wanted to consume). By the way, I advise you to go to the Havana 40 m further on, which is welcoming and warm. Avoid the bar, the feuillants.
21/07/2025: For the lady who thought she was paying for Vittel. No, actually it's crystal clear. I had a great time at this brasserie, but too bad, gossip is rife. The code of silence isn't their thing.

02/12/2024: Equipe du drive incompétente, du manager aux employés. Erreurs constantes sur les commandes, ces clowns ont réussis a oublier 2 happy meal, erreurs sur les boissons. Et bien sûr c'est le client qui ment!!

Venu au hasard pour un repas rapide je fus très bien accueilli et vite servi.
15.90€ plat dessert (Même si j’étais pressé j’ai pris le temps de savourer la tarte citron et spéculos)
Très belle carte de bières. Félicitations ça change des simples HK ou 1664.
A refaire rapidement de retour à Laon.
02/08/2024: We booked for our Thursday night meal but probably didn’t need to - we had a choice of inside or outside- opted for a table at the rear to avoid those smoking outside.
We loved the interior it’s a Beer enthusiasts dream - loads of memorabilia and an impressive beer selection- all of it is on - if you like Belgian beers you will love it - I tried the local brews - excellent too, also good wine choices.
As for food you can see the menu- great selection of burgers - I went for andouillette - very well cooked!
All in all a great choice - def worth a detour if you are nearby!

02/07/2024: When you take an order by telephone, it is good to honor it, or at least warn that the order will not be made. Rather than closing the door and not answering the phone when you can hear people inside. I don't recommend it at all, big lack of professionalism.
26/04/2024: Mon retour chez Le Meknès, après une absence de 2 à 3 ans, a été marqué par une expérience décevante. J'avais gardé un bon souvenir de mes précédentes visites, mais cette fois-ci, la qualité des produits m'a laissé perplexe. Le chicken burger, s'est révélé être une déception totale. Dès la première bouchée, j'ai réalisé que quelque chose n'allait pas. La texture était étrange, la saveur fade, j'ai décidé de jeter le burger entier, ce qui est assez rare pour moi.
De plus, ma déception s'est amplifiée lorsque j'ai commandé un kebab, un plat que j'avais toujours apprécié pour sa saveur et sa qualité. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, la viande était non seulement crue, mais aussi excessivement grasse. C'était un contraste flagrant par rapport à mes expériences précédentes, où la viande était parfaitement cuite et savoureuse.
Cette baisse de qualité m'a profondément déçu. Je m'attendais à retrouver la même excellence dans les produits, voire une amélioration, mais au lieu de cela, j'ai été confronté à une dégradation significative. Je crois sincèrement qu'il est impératif pour Le Meknès de revoir sérieusement ses pratiques de préparation et de sélection des ingrédients afin de garantir une expérience satisfaisante pour ses clients.
En conclusion, j'espère que cette critique constructive sera prise en compte par Le Meknès. J'aimerais pouvoir retrouver la qualité et la satisfaction que j'avais autrefois en commandant chez eux, mais pour cela, des améliorations sont nécessaires. Je reste ouvert à donner une seconde chance à Le Meknès, mais j'espère voir des changements positifs à l'avenir.

Being a big consumer of tacos and having increased experience in the field, I can say that this is without a doubt the most disgusting tacos I have eaten. Small practical side on the other hand, you can do all types of sport with the taco in your hands, nothing will leak!!!! A small block of stone…
The fries aren't great either and are cold
The gratin really has no taste
We couldn't taste the sauces
To top it off, we call the establishment and explain the little problem. He tells us that it's the fault of the delivery man who didn't take the sauces and that the tacos "it's weird you see because we usually put the fries so it's weird that you tell me that », and as a commercial gesture, we have the right to pick up the rest of the order ourselves if we wish.
All for 61 euros
