10/10/2025: What a great time with delicious and original tapas, and a good Ventoux! And a welcome that is always so welcoming 😊.

06/09/2025: Do not eat here if you are hungry. The food quality is okay, but the portions are tiny. You will need a long sit if you plan to fill your stomach, since you can't order more than two tapas per person each time. The owners also seemed more interested in each others company than with the guests. Maybe it is a good place to drink, we did not try any alcoholic beverages, but for a good dinner, I would go somewhere else. Reaction to the owners reply: we know tapas are supposed to be small, but normally they are not this tiny. In Spain, a country where they know how to make tapas, portions are significantly larger. After the first round of tapas we concluded that, with these portions, our stomachs were not going to be filled no matter how long we would spend here. So we went elsewhere for a proper meal.

18/02/2026: Lunch break between two runs... Exceptional view from the terrace. Delicious food. Charming and friendly staff. A bit pricey, but we're at 2365 meters high, high in the mountains. Highly recommended.

08/02/2026: The food was okay, but the service was terrible. You eat at tables of eight, crammed in with other people. For a restaurant with table service, this is not pleasant. Prices on the menu differ from those on the chalkboard.

28/01/2026: Fantastic experience at this bar! We went today and had a wonderful meal. I had a pizza, which was delicious and generously topped, and my husband had an equally excellent burger. The service was truly top-notch: two lovely waitresses, always smiling and attentive, which makes all the difference. The chef was also incredibly friendly; you can really feel the great atmosphere among the team. A welcoming place where the food is delicious and you're greeted with a smile. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

06/03/2026: A loyal customer for a year now, I've never been disappointed by La Maréchalerie. It's my favorite spot for a welcome break during my work trips to Digne. The food is excellent, the setting pleasant, and the welcome always very warm. The value for money is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

29/01/2026: I had read many negative reviews for this restaurant, but, sorry, I loved it! The menus were reasonably priced, the portions were very generous and excellent, so much so that I couldn't even have dessert! Personally, I recommend it.
