27/05/2026: We spent a few days together in the Chamatte house, rented by Mathieu. The house is very well suited for two people, well-equipped, and spotless. Mathieu is very helpful and pleasant. The village of La Baume is very quiet and a starting point for several hikes. A very enjoyable stay.

13/03/2026: We booked for the evening, and the experience began with a ride up in a snow groomer under a magnificent starry sky—already a magical moment. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome with a plate of appetizers and a glass of raspberry prosecco. Then, we enjoyed an excellent raclette, followed by a homemade dessert and a small glass of génépi liqueur to finish the meal. The return trip in the snow groomer was the perfect ending to this timeless evening. Excellent evening, warm welcome, and delicious meal. I highly recommend it!

03/03/2026: Because in life you always need a goal, for me (on snowshoes) and Madonna (on foot) it's the Pegueiou and its sausage! Because after the effort comes the reward with a team that takes such good care of you. Thank you all and we'll be back on Thursday!

31/05/2026: The restaurant is closed and there's nothing to eat nearby. I think it would be nice if they at least offered some cold cuts, bread, cheese, or something, because the place isn't easily accessible and it's far from everything.

18/05/2026: A wonderful experience at this family-run abbey. We felt right at home, the rooms were very clean and comfortable (with daily touch-ups). Plus, the dinner was truly excellent! We highly recommend it.

12/05/2026: In the small village of Thoard, eight of us friends stopped by this weekend. We were charmed by the unique bar-restaurant "La Beluguette." Marie, the owner and cook, presented us with her dishes, prepared with passion and, what's more, with local products. It was excellent! We had a fabulous time with Marie and appreciated her friendliness and sense of humor. Our husbands relived their youth for a little while thanks to the foosball table in the bar. Don't hesitate to stop by this unique place; you won't be disappointed!

26/02/2026: Today, I had one of the worst experiences I can remember at this restaurant, and I will never return. It's an establishment best avoided. Just read other reviews to see that this isn't an isolated incident, especially regarding the owner's husband's behavior. After waiting for over an hour and a half without being served, a foreign family with two young daughters, and after several inappropriate remarks from the waiter, they decided to leave without eating. They asked for the bill for the drinks they had consumed on the terrace while waiting for their table inside, and the owner, in a haughty and provocative tone, informed them that three beers (25cl) and two glasses of tap water came to €18. The customer replied that if he were charged for tap water, he would share his experience online, which seems perfectly legitimate to me: every customer has the right to express their opinion, whether positive or negative. The worst happened next. After hearing this, the owner stormed out, completely enraged and aggressive, chasing and verbally abusing the father in front of his daughters and all the other customers present. The scene was so disproportionate that many of us felt utterly ashamed. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in an establishment open to the public, and even more so in a family-friendly environment like a ski resort. This kind of attitude seriously damages the image of the restaurant industry in the region. I regret that this review may affect the employees, who work hard every day, but I couldn't let this incident go unaddressed. People don't just go to a restaurant to eat, but also to have a pleasant experience, and unfortunately, this time, that wasn't the case.

04/06/2026: My partner and I came for a drink and a delicious meal! The "Love to Love" cocktail was divine, and the Thai-style chicken with zucchini blossoms, ricotta, and mascarpone was also delicious. The profiteroles were excellent too. A truly great place! Have a wonderful season!

23/05/2026: A pleasant bar/restaurant with appealing decor and menu. The starter and main courses were very good, but unfortunately, the experience was somewhat marred by a dessert that fell far short of the rest and an unpleasant waiter. In short: a nice but mixed experience, especially considering the prices.
