25/01/2025: Very disappointed with the Marmara this evening. As a former resident of the region, I have always been delighted to order from them; my favorite kebab for a long time, and even more so when I come back to visit my family. But for the recent takeout order I took it was relatively... not great. On arrival when I was the first to enter, they served the customers who arrived after me as a priority (my order had already been placed, I should point out). Afterwards I leave the restaurant, and then I realize that my drink is missing (which of course they gave me back when I returned). And even if we agree that it’s not serious, when it’s a simple order for one person it’s still a shame. Finally I came home, looking forward to eating, and when I opened the dishes I was even more disappointed. The fricandelle was almost black in color, way overcooked. The burger bun was squashed in places as if someone had wanted to somehow start kneading it like bread. And finally regarding the small pots of mayonnaise and ketchup that I had requested… well they were mixed in one and the same pot. I couldn't have invented it. I'm really sad that the quality of this restaurant has dropped so much. I think unfortunately I will have to find another one in the future.

Taking into account the latest comments and asking them to cook the meat and the crusty bread well, they just did it without relaying the information to the cook...
In the end, soft bread and white meat, fries, don't mention it...
With this and 2 beers for 21 euros.
I don't care about paying a lot for quality but this is rubbish.
TO RUN AWAY!

09/12/2024: La queue devant le seul totem de commande ouvert. Une seule bière en boite, pas de verre. Choix des commandes non respecté. Gros problème d'hygiène , sol, tables, chaises. L'apothéose les toilettes immondes, chasse d'eau cassée.

06/07/2025: Contrôle sanitaire... On arrive à 3 mais un seul passe suffit... Critique le Mc Do alors que la personne y travaille... Je sais que ce travail n'est pas évident, mais pour autant le recrutement doit vraiment être plus pro. Attention, cela ne concerne pas tout le staff évidemment. L'autre personne nous donnant notre sac a été tout le contraire de la personne de l'accueil...
06/07/2025: I agree with all the previous comments, and I'm sorry to read that these were made months ago and that after our visit today, NOTHING has changed. At 5:30 p.m., just as the big shift was supposed to start, the floor was dirty, the toilets in a deplorable state, the toilet paper holder hanging off, preventing you from sitting down, no soap, paper on the floor, a dirty sink, nothing clean. As for the food, soggy fries, a cold, dry hamburger... Also, the incessant noise, beeping, machines... The general condition of the establishment surprised us given the number of workers in the kitchen!?!
In short, it's definitely the worst McDonald's I've been to so far... Too bad for us!
I hope you can raise the bar because I see that the majority of the comments are about the same issues.

05/09/2024: Bad experience very dirty the tables not cleaned, the armchairs filled with food salad bread etc the floor between the joints we can do a full menu at 3 p.m. no one practically the trash cans are overflowing inside and out. The filthy toilets. Honestly I wonder how clean the kitchen is when you see that.....
A good hygiene check would not be negligible. A very large 0 point to absolutely avoid.
03/09/2024: "Disappointed with our visit this evening to please the children. We are used to it, but this time, we should have abstained. Waiting for 30 minutes, and on top of that, an order error mixed with another. When I I made the remark to a waiter, he explained to me that they were understaffed and that a new employee (who repeated inappropriate words several times was at the origin of the errors. Being accompanied by my 8-year-old son years, I find this language inappropriate, especially in a fast food restaurant which attracts younger people. I will not return to the Croisette."

31/08/2024: It's a McDonald's like any other, the service is a little long as they lack staff. The prices are a little expensive €9 for 2 mac flury red fruit and suede coulis. It's a shame that Macdonald's restaurants no longer make speculos if you're afraid of not passing them, take individual packets or two.

We stopped by la fringale while passing through and we enjoyed it, it was tasty and very plentiful, the people in charge of La Fringale were very pleasant and really very friendly, we had a great time!!!

08/09/2024: Waitress a little too fast to prepare the sub30. Sloppy work with almost nothing in the way of meat in it. The waitress who threw the bag with the subways in it instead of putting it down... it can be seen that she is in a hurry to finish the service. Today's service (09/08/2024) remains to be reviewed.
08/09/2024: Me and my partner are used to going to SUBWAY once or twice a month if not more.
Well now I much prefer to go to the one at the Croisette shopping center in Charleville-Mézières.
I agree, at the end of the day (7:26 p.m.) they are tired after a day spent with the fair in Sedan, but that is not a reason to rush your work. You made the choice to be in food and fast food sales, so you knew the consequences. Take responsibility for the work until the end. And please remain courteous.

16/07/2024: L’Hostellerie de la Vallée, à Fumay dans le Département des Ardennes, vient de changer de propriétaire depuis le 1er juillet 2024.
C’est Frédéric Pierangeli, Chef de Cuisine au Moulin Labotte à Haybes, qui en reprend les rênes, après le départ en retraite de Michèle et Antoine Douchamps, tout en gardant à la tête des cuisines l’excellent Chef Laurent Ponsart qui tient les fourneaux depuis quelques années à la grande satisfaction d’une clientèle de fidèles.
Le Chef Laurent Ponsart est un adepte de la cuisine inventive qui s’inspire des classiques de la bistronomie et sa jolie carte en est la preuve.
Une Escalope de Poulet à la Forestière ou un Sauté de Porc au Caramel deviennent, entre les mains de Laurent Ponsart, des mets savoureux avec des sauces particulièrement bien travaillées. Son Gâteau Renversé à l'Ananas et à la Crème Chantilly est une étape sur le chemin du paradis. Sa cuisine est simple mais authentique et de bon goût. Il vous propose des plats classiques ou du terroir ardennais.
Le service est parfait, le sourire est au rendez-vous et l’endroit est agréable. Un tout grand merci à Christelle. Il règne ici une ambiance chaleureuse dans laquelle on peut s’épanouir en se sentant tout de suite à l’aise et un peu comme à la maison.
Comme le précise le Chef Frédéric Pierangeli, nos clients ont à présent le choix entre mes deux établissements.
L’Hostellerie de la Vallée est accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Il y a un parking public à proximité.
Les réservations se font uniquement par téléphone au 03.24.41.15.61.
Une bonne Table à découvrir dans cette belle et verdoyante Vallée de la Meuse à Fumay et je vous la recommande vivement.

23/02/2024: Alors.... personnel antipathique qui sert ses amis à peine arrivés, alors que ça fait plus de 30 minutes qu'on attends la commande sous la pluie.
Prends les sous puis touche la nourriture sans changement de gants.
Les clients précédents ont eu droit à plein de frites dans leurs américains, mais nous... a peine la moitié de la ration d'autrui.
Et les frites.. molles et baignant dans l'huile.
Seul le poulet était bien.
La sauce? Quasi inexistante.
De surcroît, on nous impose un sachet plastique à 10cents.
La prochaine fois, quitte à mettre quelques euros en plus, j'irais ailleurs.
