18/09/2024: Cuisine trop traditionnelle !! Rien d'extraordinaire !! Le service est parfait mais ce n'est plus du tout l'ambiance et la chaleur JUNG ni même Franck Pellux et son épouse ! Les 4 verres qu'on nous a servi sont trop chers (78€) pour des vins sympas, (dont les locaux connaissent les prix pour les 2 verres de vins Alsaciens) mais pas extraordinaires et en quantités inferieures à ce qu'on trouve dans des restaurants similaires !! D'ailleurs la clientèle strasbourgeoise a l'air d'avoir déserté ce restaurant.
07/09/2024: Nous avons été avec mon frère pour fêter son diplôme. Nous n'avons pas décoller....L'accueil est parfait. L'équipe est au petit soin. Nous avons pris le menu découverte. Une déclinaison de vin et de boissons sans alcool. La sélection de vins était ponctuée de belle découverte. La déclinaison sans alcool n'a pas vraiment d'intérêt. Côté plat, des cuissons maîtrisées mais il ne s'est vraiment rien passé au niveau goût. C'était tout juste bon.

03/10/2024: We came to enjoy a dinner for two. Being a regular at this restaurant, we are never there, from the valet service, from the pretzel to the aperitif, including melt-in-the-mouth meat and delicious treats at the gourmet coffee: everything is there to have a good time and enjoy.
We will come back!

The waitstaff were incredibly polite and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. The duck was phenomenal – truly out of this world – and my friend couldn’t stop raving about her vegetarian option. The appetizer was also a standout, setting the tone for a fantastic meal. 21/06/2024: A very nice and convenient spot, situated in the little roads being the Strasbourg Cathedral. We visited early afternoon on a weekday, a few customers, all seemed to be enjoying themselves and so did we! Friendly service and we had the opportunity to create our own atmosphere. 01/01/2025: A side street, a small shop and those wonderfully delicious hamburgers that will surprise you. I can say that it is the best hamburger I have eaten in a long time. As i who has traveled to many places in Europe, I can say that you should definitely try this flavor. The smiling face of the chef will make this flavor even sweeter. Thank you very much for this delicious flavor.

12/12/2024: Partiamo già dicendo che adoro questi posti stile enoteca gourmet! Dunque super petfriendly il che già fa aumentare il punteggio, vini eccellenti ho bevuto un Gewurztraminer sorprendente ( l'ho anche comprato) abbiamo anche mangiato e sono stati rigorosamente attenti alle allergie .
Davvero un bel posticino con personale formato e competente !
30/11/2024: Este lugar es una educación en queso y vino francés. El personal es fantástico y todos ellos tienen un gran conocimiento de ambos. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos y estoy deseando un viaje de regreso para reírme con ellos tanto como nosotros. Felicitaciones por sus cuatro años de trading. Espero volver a verte muy pronto.

Personnel souriant, la serveuse devait être une étudiante car le service était hésitant mais de bonne volonté :)
Ma salade du moment était copieuse et très bonne

17/08/2024: Pluie battante soudaine sur la terrasse. Tout le personnel se mobilise, grande solidarité entre les serveurs, tout les clients sont recasés. Ici on sent une bonne équipe bien dirigée et soudée. rare dans ce métier. En plus l'assiette est excellente. Pizza comme en italie, la pâte est reposée et cuite a la perfection. Personnellement je repasse lors de mon prochain voyage.
